I broke my foot on Sunday so I am very limited I am sad I had a great routine at the gym with boot camp, spin, kickboxing and weights. I have a dress fitting to order my dress on June 2nd so I am bumed out. I needed to loose 3 more inches to order the next size down dress.

Aw, that totally sucks, jkcz0702! Please rest up and take care of yourself, and don't beat yourself up if you can't make your goal by June 2. Hey, you could order the size that fits you now and then just alter it smaller later on!

Yeah it does stink. The dress I fell in love with has bust lines so it can only be taken in two sizes maybe 3. I found the dress about 2 months ago paid for it but asked them not to put the order in since I knew I wanted to loose about 20 more lbs. I lost enough that I would fit into the next size and actully only needed 2 more inches to get down one more size. Now I need to decide if I should buy the one I now fit it which is smaller then when I paid for it or buy the one that I was only 2 inches away from getting in before the foot accident. I would really hate to be told I can not loose any more weight because the dress will not be able to be altered. I am kind of leaning towards ordering the smaller since I am only 2 inches away and the wedding is not for 9 months but I am also nervous what if it does not fit.

Well..... I feel tired just reading through some of this thread !! LOL. I thought I was doing ok @ the gym untill I've read what you girls do, I need to step my game up big style !! I have got a knee problem that should be being operated on soon but it dosn't stopp me from going on the cross trainer. I generally do 20 mins cardio on the cross trainer with some abbs and free weights (arms) 40 mins tops 3 times a week. We are going to Turkey in 9 weeks and I'd like to loose a stone, recon I could do it ?? Any tips you girls have for motivation would be greatly received. I can't do lunges or running, anything that is hard inpact on my knees :- )

Hi Amy, your a real insparation !! I wish I had some of your motivation, when you talk about weight 110 what mass is this in ? I work in stones and pounds and wasn't sure what unit you use, thanks

Thurs: AM cardio (60 min running & eliptical intervals) abs on ball & leg lifts
Fri: Push weights; 55 min cardio intervals; obliques
Sat: Pull weigths; 60 min cardio intervals; lower abs

Okay, I have GOT to get off my ass and do something. Holy crap.

I went to the gym this morning and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes with my trainer.

The best part is we went jogging for a few minutes around the building and when we were done I wasn't winded. So happy!
