Have you exercised today?

No I've been sick for 2 weeks so I haven't been able to do anything. The only positive I've lost 5 lbs. Hopefully tomorrow I'll wake up with the strength.

I've been doing a hundred pushups challenge and a 200 squats challenge (on weeks 3 and 1 respectively, out of 6 each), plus 100 crunches daily and walking or running.

Oh man Im still in vaca mode, wedding and honeymoon just ended and I have to get back into the groove. everyone said I looked great so Im thinking Jillian Michaels really works!!!
