Last night I did 40 minutes of cardio and chest. I think I did enough walking at work to make up for only doing 40 minutes of cardio.

Omg you don't know what Tim Horton's is, it is my reason for waking in the morning! Us Canadians need our Timmy's. Best coffee you will ever have, well okay I don't know if it's the best, but it's the most addictive!!! Come visit me here in Toronto, and I will introduce you to the Canadian way of life LOL

Jaime, do you think your headaches & dizziness could have to do with your blood pressure medicine? I have high blood pressure too and am on the same medicine and I know if I miss a day of medicine I'll get headaches & when I first started taking the medicine it used to make me really dizzy. Have you been taking it long? Could you need a stronger dose?


I've been ignoring this thread all week because I've been sick and haven't been able to post here. I finally feel like I'm almost back to normal, so I'll probably get back into my routine on monday, hopefully I haven't gained weight in the past week!

Hey all, last week was a bad week for me. I went to the gym on Monday, did nothing the rest of the week and then went to the gym again yesterday. This week will be different though, I have 2 appointments to see my trainer on Monday and Thursday, so I will hit the gym at least 1 other day. I have to be good this week cause my sister has her c-section on Friday and I will be in the hospital with her for a few days cause her husband can not be there, so it will be a crazy week next week. I need to get to the gym hardcore this week to make up for it Wish me luck.
