We decided to have a DW wedding for a few reasons: 1. Money.. It's cheaper and with a vacation to somewhere warm included.. Yay! 2. We live in TO most of our family lives in Newfoundland and our friends are all over... Either way people would have to spend money on hotels, travel and food... This way it's all paid upfront and a whole week vacay for everyone I can spend more time with the people I don't see often 3. Less stuff to worry about...not as much to organize compared to a regular wedding Congrats on the engagement and happy planning whichever route you choose... [email protected]. She does take awhile to get back to you they are very busy this time of the year. Friday is the best day to email her, it seems she gets back to you faster on Fridays. Have you tried the resort website for group sales. Doing it without a TA!? You are braver then me!

I tried spanx on ONCE.... I don't consider myself a big girl but you know I wanted to smooth out the lumps and bumps for a friends wedding so I thought I'd give it a try...Hated it! After the 15 min fight to get it on I busted out laughing! I wish someone had been there just so I could share the hilariousness of it! I guess I had pick a size that was too small because It had not gotten rid of the lumps and bumps but just moved them to the edges of the spanx! It was too funny! Picture broccoli . But I put on my dress and it looked AWESOME! So it works. Unfortunately 5mins later I was sweating bullets and was so uncomfortable I had to take them off. Needless to say I probably won't wear them under my wedding dress. Lol although I know it would look better if I did. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

So I'm trying to make an all inclusive budget... I'm having my wedding at an All Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana and I'm trying to figure how much cash I will need to bring for wedding tips and who do I tip? And when? I know I will tip the WC, DJ, Photographer, and Bartender... But how much? And as for the wait staff do I tip them each individually? Or as a group? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The 2015 prices aren't out yet but will be by mid April. I can send you the package price that she sent me for 2014... I think they do allow outside vendors but there is a fee of $300 from what I've heard I haven't asked myself yet... Unless for example you are bringing a photographer with you they are considered a guest and not a vendor. This is busy season for them right now so it may take awhile for her to write you back. Just a warning tho if you are looking for a private beach ceremony I heard from past brides that you probably won't get it here. I'm getting married at the gazebo right next to the beach instead. Congrats! Negril is beautiful! We were there for a friends wedding this past December and it was AWESOME!!! We stayed at the sunset at the palms ( BEAUTIFUL!) but she had her wedding at another resort I forget the name of it now not it was on the cliffs and it had a white and blue lighthouse...it was breathtaking!! I'm positive you will have a beautiful wedding and a great time in Negril! If you go to bloody bay beach there is a beach performer there named Damian that sings and whistles so well you think that cartoon Disney birds are going to fly down and land on him!! Loved him! I like my last name because if you ever google me I'm the only one.... If you google my first name with my FI last name there are tons of people....maybe that's a good thing...I don't know. I'm not sure if I will take his name or keep mine and his...or just keep my own. while we are on the subject of signing names..?
