  2. They look great! Are you willing to share your template? I'm most interested in your airplane graphic.
  3. I actually went dress shopping for the first time last weekend and there were 6 of us. I invited all of my girls but thank goodness some of them couldn't come! I found it to be totally overwhelming and not fun! I would recommend not taking that many people. My entourage was very supportive and nice, but I couldn't gather my own thoughts because there was just too much chatter between all of them and the sales lady. I went back to the bridal district on Tuesday but this time by myself. It was a much better experience as the stores weren't busy and I could gather my own thoughts. I then took my mom back on Wed. and bought the dress. Lesson learned= only shop with 1 or 2 other people!!!
  4. Wow, you're way ahead of me! I don't even have my dress yet, but we are going shopping next weekend. I have done zero for the OOT bags. I better get on the ball!
  5. Hi girls. I'm curious what you all are currently working on? I feel like I'm at a stand still and I would love to hear what you all are doing. I would love to start working on OOT bags, but I'm holding off until I have a better idea of how many people are coming.
  6. I've had this on my mind too. In fact, I've said from the beginning that my biggest fear is that the "party" won't get started. I've come to the conclusion that there are 3 variables that must be in place in order to have that fun, party atmosphere...the right music, alcohol must be flowing, and the right combination of people. We obviously can't control the last one (for the most part) so I'm just going to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

  8. Looks great so far! I see you're using Wedding Window too. Even though I had to pay, I thought it was worth it. Everything is very customizable and easy to use!
  9. Why does she think hotel and flight rates are going to go up? That isn't good news as it would affect all of us destination brides.
  10. I've emailed them several times and have not gotten a response. grrr. So frustrating!
  11. This is what I said on our website: Where are we registered? We are not. Your gift to us is your presence, whether in person or in spirit. We understand that not everyone will be able to make it to Exuma to celebrate at the wedding with us. We have invited you because it is important to us that we have your love, support and happiness as we begin our journey together as husband and wife. I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but hopefully this helps a little.
  12. I've never heard of them but I LOVE this idea! I found a few more review here: http://www.theknot.com/Vendors/Wedit/Profile/VID/006/407724/reviews
  13. Hi ladies. I'm having only 2 bridesmaids in my wedding. However, here is the kicker- I've been a bridesmaid 9 times. The good news about this is that I have some great girlfriends!! The bad news is that I feel a little bad that I haven't asked them to be in my wedding. So, I'm thinking about sending an email to my girls, inviting them to go dress shopping with me. I would like to include something in the wording about how I'm having a small wedding party but still want them to feel included. Not sure how to word that though. Basically, what is a nice way of saying your not in my wedding b/c I'm keeping it small but I still love you and want you included? Also- is it going to be too crazy of a dress shopping experience if I have a whole group of people? We are talking around 8 or 9 people. I appreciate your help!!
  14. Hey ladies. I recently finished my wedding website and I'm ready to send out STDs. I've gotten some great ideas from looking at everyone's websites, so I thought I would repay the favor by sharing ours. www.kellianddave.weddingwindow.com
  15. That is awesome! How in the world does everyone get all of this free stuff? I haven't used vistaprint yet so I need to learn your tricks!
  16. Did you ladies see today's Groupon? $17 for $70 worth of printing through Vista Print. Just thought I would let you know. Enjoy!
  17. Thanks Jenna! Your website looks great! I think I'm going to go with wedding window. It isn't free but it has all of the features that I want.
  18. If you feel like sharing, I would love to see your websites. Thanks for the advice!
  19. Hi ladies. I am hoping to send out my STDs soon and I'm wondering if you all recommend that we include our wedding website info on it? Or is it good enough to wait until invitations go out? How far out are you all sending your invitations? Thanks for the advice!
