Yes we were thinking of doing the same thing. I hate having to tell my guests what the rates are to date, but on another token I also feel bad not giving them an exact answer until closer to the time. What a stress!

That is an amazing deal for the suites. I have not been able to get a quote within that price range. Every quote has been 1900+ excluding taxes :s

Thats really good since January is considered "high season." How far in advance did you book? I received quotes from my TA for early December 2012 and the prices are really expensive 1900+ w/o taxes. My FI and I are really worried now because that is not what we wanted our guests to pay

Just like Leah22 suggested, I would also suggest checking out other travel agents to see what price point they can give you for the Suites. I know when my travel agent provided us with with a quote, it was really expensive I think around 1,700 plus taxes :s .

Thanks for posting those pics of the beach ceremony. We haven't decided on a resort for our wedding as yet, but i'm really feeling the IRH suites and I like the terrace idea. I'm glad to know its more private which is what I'm looking for....This blog is amazing, it has helped me sooo much for planning ideas even though I'm just in the inital stages.
