  1. Over all everything was really nice. The three things that rubbed me wrong was that 3 of my guests we not put on the list (after the lady called to double check the list and they were on it) i only got one bite of my cake and they threw the reat away when i was told they would serve the extra at dinner and they threw my take home marriage license away " because it looked like regular paper". Currently waiting for the official lincense to change everything over. One thing I would suggest is to talk with you on board coordinator before the first night dinner and ensure that everything is the same as you sent it. Identify a person for the land side coordinator to give everything to because you will be busy with people and taking pictures. After that, things are very busy and things may be overlooked. They refunded the money but my friend and her husband only came there for my wedding and they were unable to be there.

  3. I love 1,2,3,4. You could have some one remix it with steel drums or something like that.
  4. I walked down the aisle to On This Day by Fertile Ground. It said everyone I wanted to say to my him at that moment.
  5. I have to give my husband his credit. This was his idea. I frowned upon it, at first, but it turned out very nice. My brother-in-law thanked us for upgrading his wardrobe. lol
  6. Perhaps you could try going to a country that allows birth certificates and id. Cruise to the Bahamas, passports were optional.
  7. This is what my guys wore. We got the separates (pants, vase, and shirt) from jcpenny, groommen's tie from burling coat factory and my husband's suit from Macy's (SeanJohn), tie from an online vendor. They were all on sale, at the time we purchased them. I made their boutonaire and had the add a peacock feather to my husband's.
  8. How many guest are you planning to have? You could start looking to cheap lawn chairs for your guest and have them shipped to where ever the departing port is for the cruise. But this is only if you have a small amount of guests. I've seens some for $4 or $5 dollars.
  9. Thanks Ladylove! And you were right. The cruise photos were great (hella expensive) and so was the videographer.
  10. That's really good to know. I don't need them any more since our day has past. Please let me know if you are interested.

  12. Hey Ladies, When the vistaprint deal came along earlier this year i purchases 3 but was unable to use them due to time restraints and computer mishaps. I have three vistaprint codes. I am asking for the amount I paid for them $10. Please PM me and I will send a PayPal link for it. The deadline for the code is June 6, 2012 and can only be shipped to the shipping address once. I had plan to send one to my home, work, and moh home. Look forward to hearing from you.
  13. Hey ladies, I'm now a Mrs.! I really hope all the first week brides day was as amazing as ours!!!! As soon as a get a new computer(mine crashed the night before we left) I'll load some pics. Safe travels to the my fellow brides! Take it all in and don't sweat the small stuff. At the end of the day, as long as you and your beau are married that's the important part.
  14. We jumped the broom and it was great! I ended up putting it in my dress bag and carried it on the plane with me. It just needed some fluffing when we arrived and it turned out great. Glad we were able to incorporate this tradition in our wedding.
  15. Hmm good question lol. I think it is about 3/3.5 feet and I was planning to put it in a plastic bag and put it in my dress bag. If not it will definitely fit in my big luggage that I was going to pack for the honeymoon.
  16. I just completed mine the other day. I can't wait for us to jump the broom and pass this down. I got the broom from Michael's for $2.99.
  17. We have decided to do donation cards and make a donation to the American heart association and a domestic violence center in our area.
  18. Your pictures are beautiful! I'm so anxious about how our pictures will come out since we are using the cruise photographer.
  19. Para buff, congratulations! How was everything?
  20. I'm a little disappointed. They changed the time we leave Nassau from 5 am on may 9 to 5pm on may 8. This puts a monkey wrench in my plans to party on the shore that evening
  21. Old navy has cute bags for $1.00. I really wish I saw them before I ordered my bags and painted them. I got my bag from oriental trading. Here's the old navy bag for my bridesmaids and our moms. I plan to give this to them before we leave And here is the bag that everyone will receive in their rooms.
  22. OMG, Everything is so amazing! You have done a wonderful job and I just love your "how we met" story. I wish I was so organized. Your day will be lovely!
