Torilynn, I just picked up (yesterday) travel sized bottles of aloe from Walmart onsale for $1! Canadian ladies - a 2 pack of Balea spf 30 chapstick is onsale at Shopper's for $2, after shopping arouns this is the best price I found so far! Oh and the 3 pack of tide sink wash is on sale at Rexall for $1.59 (it's $2 at Walmart)

Torilynnsmith and other Canadian brides - how does everyone know about the Canadian Tire sales, do you just keep checking? And how often do they go on sale!? I checked today and the 20 oz ones were $12.99! Yikes, I definitely can't afford to pay that for 50 mugs I really want them for my OOT bags, so I guess I'll keep checking.

Mllek1986 - It's great that you are so excited to start, with that kind of attitude and motivation that your wedding is in 2 months, I'm sure you will rock it! I'm starting month 2 tomorrow, and kind of dreading the longer workouts, but I have to keep reminding myslef that it's worth it as I have already seen good results Remember to take your measurements now as that is the true way to gauge your progress. I have barely budged on the scale, but I have definitely lost inches! Goodluck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zahpeck - Ahh sorry one more question! Did you notice if the resort has redbull for drinks? My friends are huge redbull and vodka fans so if they don't have it then we may consider putting redbull cans in the OOT bags! Thanks do much for your help! Allie

I just want to thank all pre and post wedding brides for their advice! I just decided to do OOT bags and was a little overwhelmed, but this thread has definitely helped me to narrow my list down!!! Ottawabride - Good list, my list is almost exactly the same as yours! Except I won't be doing keychains or postcards.

Oh one more question................any advice on where to find cheap sudoku puzzle books? The cheapest I've seen so far is $3.50 at Wal-Mart:( I definitely want to include these as I've read that most guests use them, but I don't really want to pay more than $2.00 per book!

Zahpeck, since you were just recently at DPA I thought maybe you could answer a couple of questions? I'm trying to decide on items for my OOT bags and was wondering if how the hotel serves beer? Cans vs bottles vs glasses? I'm thinking about getting custom beer kozzies done but it depends what they have. Also, what do they serve the cocktails in? Thanks!

And you're right, I need to get organized first I did go to Wal-Mart today and I found travel sized aloe gel bottles on sale for $1.00, I figured I probably can't beat that price so I bought them! And I just got off the phone with my mom, and as she is an avid sewer she agreed to make custom beach totes to use as my OOT bags!!!! My parents live in a border town so she is going to purchase all the fabric in Michigan, which will save a ton of money. So I definitely feel a little relieved now

Ok so I was not going to do OOT bags because I thought my FI would think it was a waste of money, but I mentioned it to him and he actually thinks it's a good idea!!! My wedding is not until May but I don't even know where to begin...............considering everything in stores is Christmas related right now! Been looking through here and it seems like Dollarama is a good start? Has anyone shopped at Wal-Mart in the States? Did you find that the prices are much cheaper considering our money is almost at par?

Definitely getting good results! I have been staying away from the scale but I have noticed that all my clothes feel looser, and I can see that my arms are toning up! I plan on taking measurements at the end of this week to compare to day 1. I'm not following the diet plan at all as my wedding is still 6 months away, so I plan on only really dieting for about 2 months prior to. With that being said it goes to show what insanity can do even without the diet! But it sounds like you are following a great diet plan so I'm sure for results will be amazing

Hey mllek1986, congrats on taking the INSANITY challenge! Sounds like you have already been working so hard, so you will have no problem adjusting to insanity and it should definitely help you tone up for your wedding. In total the program takes 63 days to complete. I'm currently in my recovery week but I'm only doing about half the workouts and then I will be stating month 2 early. You could always do the same thing to try and finish in time, good luck!!!

Thanks bride2012 and Kelly, for your responses, I really appreciate the advice. I'm sure the recovery week is in there for a reason, but I am kind of concerned that I will too loose momentum going into the killer second month. I plan to alternate between the core and balance and running, so that I am getting a rest but still maintaining my cardio! Not looking forward to month 2!!!!

Hey Katie, I have a little bit of a different stance than Kelly. We did sacrifice what we wanted in order to accommodate our guests. I had my heart set on Azul Sensatori in the Riviera Maya, but it would have cost about $1800 per/person. I felt that this was just too much money to ask people to spend to come to our wedding. We ended up choosing Dreams Puerto Aventuras in the RM, and the cost is $1500 including flights and taxes leaving from Toronto, Ontario. So far we have 38 ppl booked (expecting about 10 more) and I figure that it will be a blast because of the company, not the resort. Not that I feel that there is anything wrong with the resort, it is just on the small side. You may want to check out other Dreams resorts as they have great wedding packages! Goodluck with the planning and I'm sure that whatever you decide on will be the right choice for you

I'm in my 4th week of INSANITY and I'm soooooo bummed that I had to miss my first day (yesterday) due to an injury I sustained at work! I swore to myself when I started insanity that I would NOT miss a day, but I guess sometimes things happen. I just needed to listen to my body and rest for the day, but thankfully I was able to work out today< Question for the ladies who have already completed insanity..............what is the core cardio and balance workout like for the recovery week? Is it challenging? Did anyone skip it and do something else? I was thinking about running that week and doing some core. Thanks

Mrs. Robinson...........Since we both have Sandra as a wedding coordinator I was wondering if you asked her about the resort policy re: external photographers? I have emailed her about it and have not got a response. According to the wedding info pdf it says we have to pay for a room for the photographer for the night, but I think Alison said her WC told her that they only need a day pass! Alison sounds like you have a better WC than us as yours answers emails
