I really like the second dress but maybe in a lighter color for summer would work better.

So happy to hear another bride getting married there. I'm thinking of making the switch from the Dominican to Cuba and having it at the Riu. Have you been in contact with the wedding planner at all or are you going to wait for them to contact you two months before? I don't know if I could wait that long... so many questions already!

Oh thats to bad ladies. I guess I got lucky but it does mean driving 2.5hrs to get them so hopefully I can make a full day out of it and pick up some other things in Seattle as well.

So i went to www.walmart.com and I was able to find the 34oz desk ones. They come in packs of 6 and you are able to type in your zip code if you have one or a city and they will tell you where the nearest store to you has them. The only thing is the don't show the price...

So you were right Dramatic Annie it was just the coolers on sale but hey managed to get a nice one for a fathers day gift so it wasn't a waste of time

March 14 2012 Ocean Blue in Punta Cana. Can't believe I started planning this 3 months ago and still have nothing done but a ton of ideas from this site!

I'm hoping I'm not wrong on this one but the flyer for Canadian Tire came today and they advertise the bubba keg cooler as being on sale with 30% off and then right below it it says other bubba coolers Reg 4.99 - 39.99...Ea 3.49 - 27.99. So I'm gonna check it out tomorrow as i live right by and I will let you know then. Lets hope they are on sale!

I really like these as well so I went looking and found them on weddingwhimsy.com. But they are $75 so might have to take other posters advice and create them myself.

Such a great idea! I really didn't want writing all over mine so that way people would still use them after the wedding and now to wait for bubba kegs to go on sale...

Wow these look great! Thanks as well for pricing it out I had thought about doing them myself but thought that maybe I would end up spending just as much as ordering them but from the look of it not the case at all.

I don't know if this thread is helping me or not....I'm starting to think that maybe I should wait until September for rates for my March 2012 wedding in Punta Cana. The only issue being is its over Ontario spring break as two groomsmen are teachers. The other issue I'm having is wether to book out of Vancouver or Seattle and then I have to think about the Ontario people who are wanting options out of Ottawa, Toronto, and Sryacus. Right now my TA has group rates for us at $1650pp but not the best flights as we wouldn't get in until 10:40pm and they are out of Seattle and Syracus but from what we are seeing if we go out of Canada we are looking at spending $2000pp. Sometimes I wish I had a crystal ball that would tell me what to do.....

@ alittlerandr we are expecting around 30-40 people so I guess that would be a medium sized group. I'm just nervous about people waiting to book as its Ontario spring break meaning it will be busy down there and i'm not to sure how quick the resort will sell out... @MsClarke724 we thought about having a dj but opted out once learning the cost of it. So we are going to ask a couple of our music loving friends to fill their ipods for us and we are going to ask my uncle to mc for us. Also for anyone interested I also asked Ada about an outside photographer and her response was "For 2012 the hotel may be charging outside vendors fee for outside photographers" But I am now concerned after seeing what Ada told Skygirl about no outside photographers lets hope we can get a straight answer from her soon.

Just made the final decision to go with Ocean Blue & Sand and put my deposit in. March 14 2012 it is and I've already booked the LaBrasa so excited for this day!
