Go to Iberostar's website and do a booking of the dates you are going. It used to say anything for 2012 was not available, and now the results come back with the rates. Hope that makes sense and helps.

For any 2012 brides, it looks like the resort has finally released their rates for next year. I know the TAs and Apple Vacations have had theirs out, but the resort has finally officially posted them. Hopefully everyone's rates are better that what the resort released.

That is so exciting your guests are getting their save the dates. After a lot of drama, I finally think we will be mailing our save the dates on Friday. I am so excited!! I'm hoping to make a decision on our photographer next. I have 5 quotes, so hopefully we can pick one and get that locked up. What is everyone working on?

We are getting married at the Suites July 22, 2012. The next 14 months better fly by... LOL

Welcome and congratulations! Picking the resort was really tough for us as well. We knew we what we wanted, but it was difficult selecting the resort that would meet our requirements, while taking into account our guests needs as well. We looked at resorts all over the caribbean, mexico, bahamas, etc., and read a ton of reviews here and on Trip Advisor. A good travel agent will also be able to hear what the 2 of you are looking for and help narrow down the choices. In the end, we are really happy with our decision. The most important thing that we just reminded ourselves was that at the end of the day we will be married...

I finally took some pictures of our save the dates. The lighting wasn't great, but you can get the idea. I'm so happy with how they turned out. I hope our guests love them too!

Thank you for this information! I have been told US Airways doesn't offer group discounts, so I'll have to try this with Air Jamaica and see if they do. Thanks again!

Couple more questions for you about the airline rate... Did you need a certain number to qualify for the rate? Is everyone flying on the same days to be able to use the rate? I agree... I'll take any discount I can get, especially to be able to pass on to our guests.

@kya101... The mugs look great! You got a really good deal. Are you able to ship to your resort or are you taking everything in your luggage? Just wondering how everyone gets all of their stuff to the resort. @Coconoir1908... Your e-photos turned out fabulous!!

Thanks for the answers! Does anyone know or have pictures of Calabash with the standard centerpieces? I thought I had read somewhere that the private reception comes with something on the tables and then we can upgrade from there. I am really not sure what I want to do with the tables yet, so it would be nice to see the full spectrum of what can be done.
