Your pictures are great! I absolutely love your wedding dress

So I emailed my fiance's stepmom and asked her if her entire dress is purple (BM's dress color). I nicely asked that if it was all purple to look for another dress. I have 4 Moms coming and having such a hard time with them!! They all point out purple dresses! And the purple's they pick clash with the purple of the BMs. So we will see what she emails back as she can be a little difficult sometimes As for gifts I have told people that we are not expecting gifts since people are spending so much to come already but..........if they wanted to that we would appreciate money or gift cards! The cake is part of our package at Dreams. Have my second bridal shower on Saturday! Getting excited

Okay ladies question for everyone: Are the dresses that the mothers are wearing do they match your color scheme or have you requested that they not wear your wedding colors? The reason I ask we have our biological mothers as well as stepmoms coming. My head is ready to spin off with them asking what they should wear and when I suggest something other than what they have picked out they say I am being a bridezilla Our colors for the wedding are purple, lime green and ivory (mainly purple and ivory). Am I being stupid not wanting the mothers to have the wedding colors or if they have the wedding colors in their outfits make the pictures look better? UGH!

I think I might have the bridesmaids flowers be callie lilies and my bouquet be grape/purple roses with callie lilies incorporated in the bouquet.

I just got my pashmina's from Pioneer Group yesterday and I love them!! I ordered the Pasmina's Monday afternoon and received them Thursday afternoon! Very impressed and the pashmina's are good quality. The purple and ivory match our wedding colors perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Daniel is a hoot to talk to on the phone. He kept calling me Daniella instead of Danni or Danielle. Even on my mailing address it was made out to Daniella as well as my bill to my bank (HA!)

Ha TLGnhci~ I feel the same way about my BD pics!! I keep going over the photo shoot in my mind and wish I would have been more 'sexy' but who knows I guess I need to trust the photographers that they got the pics that look the best!

Ha Nan!! Yes I had my bridal shower today. It is 1 out of 5 showers that I am being given It went well and I had so much fun. I had to calm myself as I HATE being the center of attention! I feel so uncomfortable opening gifts and having people ooo and awww but it definetly was fun bringing the gifts home to show my man. He was excited. MMcst38 how did your shower go???? I feel with my planning as though I am at a stalemate or maybe just unmotivated and need some pressure to get things done!! I have tomorrow off and hoping to find my bridal party their jewelry and my jewelry and maybe some cute clothes for the trip!!

Have my first bridal shower tomorrow!! Super excited! Just got home from purchasing thank you gifts for the shower hosts as well as thank you cards for the guests! It is difficult to not cheat and look online at our registries!! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I was super nervous for mine too, but once I entered the hotel room my photographers made me feel very comfortable and sexy! I am so excited to see my pics! Have fun!!

For your postcards you are providing your guests did you put stamps on each postcard? We are thinking about doing this as well. I am happy to see others doing this!

Ha!! That is what happened with our passport invites. Everyone thought we had them professionally done! I also have ordered brochures from Vistaprint and I bet we will be in the same boat as you as they will think our TA did them!!

I have purchased a pair of wedge shoes to wear walking down the aisle on the beach to help with the length of my dress not drag. I do have a small train behind me that will 'drag' on the beach/sand, but oh well I would see a seamstress and ask for their recommendations.
