Hi girls...sorry Ive been so quiet... Ive been so busy that I seem to only have time to read through the posts but never time to actually respond! So anyway seems like a lot of you girls have been having drama lately...I can totally relate! Why is it that weddings seem to bring out the craziness in people? My sister and I had a HUGE fight last weekend regarding my bachelorette party and her sucking all the fun out of the experience by making it all about herself. I think she finally understood and snapped out of it, now she is going over and above to try to make this a great time for me! So Friday night is the big night... A lingerie party first then a stretch hummer will pick me and 9 other girls up and go dt dancing! Im super excited!!! I cant believe its here.. now I only have 3 more weeks till we head to Cancun! Time is seriously flying! I am pretty much all ready to go minus the actual packing of the attire but other than that we have all of our wedding decor packed in 2 big boxes...I pray nothing breaks in route! Anyway Im super excited for the next 3 wks to come Tris Im really sorry to hear about your friend bailing on you and then avoiding you, I can totally relate because one of my friends did that also, even after I asked her multiple times if she was FOR SURE coming and she always said yes.. then she emails my TA and bails but never to this day told me... people can be pretty cowardly I think... Sad! I hope your friend surprises you and shows up for your big day! For the girls who are starting to experience increased stress, I dont know how you all are simultaneously planning AHR's as well.. I would literally pull my hair out! You girls are amazing!!! Hope the week improves for you all and have a fabulous weekend!!! xoxo

Hey ladies, Im getting married on April 6th and if anyone is getting married at the Gran Caribe or Royal right around April 7th I will be leaving some decorations down there if anyone wants them. I will have aqua and yellow chair bows(33 total), 4 glass bowl centerpieces that have yellow flowers around the outside of the bowl and inside you can put floating candles with water... Also will have long yellow floral strands that Im hanging on the two pillars of the gazebo for decoration. I also have a cute strapless wedding dress that I bought from DHGate size 6 that Im going to wear for an hour in the ocean then just leave it down in Mexico...too much to bring back. So if any of you girls want anything just let me know! Happy Planning!!!

Hey girls, Just wanted to post real quick before heading to bed... starting my work week tomorrow..Blah So I started doing a lil tanning/spray tan and am using Oxyelite Pro (its amazing!) and went to pick up my dress after having the train shortened and tonight was the first time I tried it on and actually didnt feel fat and gross! Its amazing how a little tan makes you feel so much better about your body and the fat seems to be less noticeable (also lost a few lbs after starting the OxyPro) ...lol So anyway I am FINALLY happy with my dress and will stop looking for more! lol Another thing, has anyone used any eyelash growth product? I have been researching it online and my friend uses Revitalash..I found one online that has really good reviews its call Lashipix. I think Im gonna buy it and see how it works. Has anyone else used anything thats working? Good night ladies!

Happy Birthday QueenDiva! Lisa thanks for the ideas on the postcards and seating cards....FI looks great in his suit... looks familiar hehe Where did you end up finding the suit from? I have a few questions that came to mind as I was going through the last 4 days of posts... been a busy week! For the girls that are doing the hair extensions or that have done them in the past, what method do you reccomend? I usually wear the clip in kind or the glue in ones but I was kinda thinking it might be fun to do the long term ones for the 3 wks we will be traveling... any suggestions or reccomendations would be greatly appreciated! I dont want to do any that will ruin my already thin hair... Also cost is kind of an issue so I cant go crazy! For those of you who are doing eye lash extensions will you share the details of that as well...Im interested in that also Where are girls finding the bridal iron on's? I keep checking craft stores and they dont carry them.. I was hoping to not have to pay shipping and have to order them online again... Have you girls found colored sand for your sand ceremony? I want yellow and blue but dont know if I will be able to find it in stores... any ideas? So Im suppose to pick up my wedding dress wednesday after it being with the seamstress for the past 3 weeks. He is shortening the train on it so I dont have to have a bustle that makes the dress look worse... Im so nervous that it wont be short enough still and will have to spend the night holding up the back of my dress so I can walk around... If I dont feel good about it that may be the motivation I need to buy that 3rd dress through DHGate! lol Hope you all have a fabulous Valentine's Day tomorrow!!!

Hey Lisa, Do you have a template for your place cards? I need to do this as well but dont want to spend a lot of money but the resort just requires each guest be identified for what meal selection they chose. What are you doing for yours? Also what are you doing for your card guest book instructions? We also plan to do this type but not sure how to present it to our guests...Are you bringing post cards with you or buying them in Cancun? Help!!!!

Teira I also got my V.S shipment as well and havent tried on the stuff yet as I did a spray tan tonight so I dont want to try them on all stinky lol So Im glad to hear you like the cover up..I got it in black and white..Im sure this will fuel my shopping adiction even more and Ill be ordering more in no time lol Ugh!!! I have also heard negative things about Flora and did read some reviews from girls who have had Diana so I also asked for Diana and was told yesterday that I am booked with her So you definitiely can request who you want. Dont settle for less!!!!

Hi I just bought a bunch of swim suits and coverups from V.S last week. I have bought a TON of stuff on line and I can tell you that I am normally a medium in clothing but always purchase smalls. The clothing runs big but the swim attire is usually right on...I got mediums in the swimsuits and small in the cover up. My wedding dress is a size 6 just so ya get an idea of what I normally wear.. So my advice is to get small in the clothes and whatever you normally wear in swimsuits get that size! Hope that helps.. oh and you can return within 90 days with your money back, otherwise it will be credit.

Hi ladies, this is my first post to this thread. I have been spending my time with the April brides. MY wedding is in exactly 2 months from today! My goal is to lose 10lbs and I only have 8 wks to do it in..Ugh! I am on day 11 of consistant workouts and I also incorporate cardio with weights... My hardest part is the diet. I am a sugar fanatic and am having a hard time cutting it out, which is probably why Im not seeing results yet. I do understand that it takes a while to see the lbs go down on the scale when you start doing strengh training so Im trying to be patient. I have been at 125 before and know that is where i look my best. I am doing ok in adding the healthy foods throughout the day but cant seem to completely cut out the added sugar snacks I guess I just need to focus on cutting out a little at a time... Im glad we have this support group to help us get through it and Im really appreciating all the ideas on whats working and whats not! Thank you girls,I couldnt do this without ya!!! Lets keep it up!!!

Hi Girls...Happy Superbowl day! Today is the 2 month mark of our wedding day! Yay!!!! Time is really flying! How are all you girls doing in the working out dept? Thanks to all of you I am on a roll..today is day 11 straight workouts! Woo! Only 53 more to go...iyiyi....I dont feel like Ive lost anything yet but I know that if I just keep toning I will see a difference atleast by the trip! Feels so good to be on track again! I love love love this dress!!! Its from DHGATE for 130 bucks but it says they can only make it 85-90 percent as pictured..that worrys me ... What do you think...should i risk it and pay the 130 bucks??? What would you do???

Wow girls you are on fire today!!! I really love love love you girls..its almost like you are all reading my mind all day long and posting it then when I come on here its like wow here are all these girls going through exactly what I am! Its sad but I love it! lol On the dress topic...Ive been thinking how sad I am that I dont LOVE my dress either and how I originally set out for a simple beachy dress that wasnt too expensive then after all the money Ive put into it in alterations I could have just got my dream dress and been much happier now...but now Im stuck with a blah dress that makes me feel fat and I am not excited to wear it on my day! Blah!!! Then I just keep looking at more dresses and finding so many others that I like so much more but Im poor now and cant justify spending more money on more dresses and then what the heck do you do with the ones you arent wearing??? lol anyway sorry for the rant...just wanted to thank you girls for making me feel sane when I feel like I wanna rip my hair out! Then I keep hearing all these horrible things about my resort and now my WC isnt responding to my emails...oh and not to mention a shark attack this week next door to our hotel... Panic is starting to set in... Ugh! Lets hope these last 2 months arent pure hell! Girls my coordinator is Elsa and she emailed me and said 1. You can have two entrees if you specify who gets what at your reception i.e place cards.. the other thing is Elsa told me in an email that the photographer who is staying at the Gran Caribe can come to the royal (your room) 3 hours before the wedding... hope that helps

This specific cruise were going on is only once a year. It leaves on April 10th from Ensenada Mexico and is 5 days a sea then hits 5 islands (Kona,Hilo,Maui,Kuaii,Ohau) Its through Carnival and ends in Hawaii... Check out Carnivals website and it will give you more details.. Does Princess have much of a nightlife? I want to try a Princess and Royal Carribean but we love to go dancing in the club at night and Im afraid that those wont have much going on after dark..
