    I just emailed my wedding coordinator, Xhail, about the outside photog and this was her answer to me....  4. What is the policy for an outside photographer??? [Xhail Flores] Please, I’d like to remind you that the external photographers are not allowed in the hotel. How ever if the photographer is one of your gests or he is staying in the resort, you will not have a problem. Barceló Maya Beach Resort has changed its provider for the photo and video solutions.     AHHHH!!! I am freaking out! I emailed Xhail, my wedding coordinator, July 26th about starting to plan the wedding and still have not heard anything back from her!!! Is everyone having this trouble? I know the wedding is still 10 months away but the months are going by quicker and quicker! Plus, I want to book Ivan Luckie for photography, but since I havn't gotten a response back, I have no idea what the rules are about having outside photographers or where I am even having the wedding!!!
