well josie, every hen needs a penis straw! i lost mine at some point, may have had it removed after poking it into strangers ears while they were ordering drinks at the bar.... some men have no sense of humour! i think those mexico vows are lovely, i must be having a soppy 5 minutes.....

josie let me see your final list.... you seem to be a lot more organised than me, and we leave in 6 weeks.... have you got photos from your hen do? 4.30am is most impressive, i was comatose by 1 on my hen do, and managed 3 on our hag do but it was a messy affair! i hear you on the money front, everything is paid for, but with my car dying a couple of weeks ago, that used up the last of my stash and we're now on credit card spending.... got all xmas pressies done tho, and hopefully santa will bring me some pennies..... we got our first wedding card today from our neighbours who are going back to england tomorrow for xmas.... i was desperate to open it to see if there's some €€€€€ in there, but apparently we have to wait! got to buy underwear and shoes now, my primark bridget jones' will not do at all! @michelle, thanks for the advice on cerazette, 3 weeks later and my skin has cleared up loads, still got marks from old zits, but no new ones, and hopefully a week of sun will hide a multitude of sins.... @nicy, which dress did you finally go for?

thanks dana, i've bought my chair sashes off ebay already, they were like 50p each one, so i thought i'd chance it! you've totally put my mind at rest on the dollar/peso thing too, thanks. i think our exit tax is about 50USD to fly back to uk, will have to have that put to one side i think..... did you tip in pesos or dollars????

Ok Dana just a couple of questions for now..... did you pay the wedding co-ordinator before the wedding? Can you pay by cash or credit card and is it in USDollars or Pesos? And also what about the exit tax? what currency did you pay that in? Our UK travel agent has told us not to take USDollars as they won´t be accepted. can you fill me in? Also did you take your own chair bows or rent them from the resort? Your photos are absolutely beautiful. you look stunning!

5 weeks!!! how exciting!

Vicki we're trying to do it on a budget too, have got artificial flowers from an ebay seller.... got a bridesmaid bouquet, 6 button holes, 4 wrist corsages for 28€ including postage. bargain! they'll look great on the photos and people can do whatever with them afterwards! we got thermal mugs for favours for everyone, but have given them out already, so they can use them straight away, and we don't have to hoik them all the way to mexico ourselves, they were about 1,25€ from amazon! ah my list goes on but apparently i've come to work to serve drinks,,,,, not toss it off on the internet....OOOOPS!

We´re not having a separate honeymoon, we´re going to mexico for two weeks, and there will be most of our party there the whole time, but that´ll work for us because it means there´ll be plenty of people to take the kids away so we can spend a bit of quality time together!!!!

Nope, i think we´re getting married in the gardens, bit more private, and will get some photos taken on the beach after. Might change my mind when i get there tho! I went for a hair trial today, as soon as i get the photos put on the lap top i´ll post them...
