Hello everyone, I'm excited because my bridal shower is today at 4pm. I have the greatest MOH(twin sister) she has planned this although she will not be here for it. She is in school out of the country. She said she wanted to throw me one even if she's not here so she contacted one of our friends to host it for her.

What a beautiful location. I think you and your guest will have a great time. The castles in Europe are so beautiful and what a great way to have a wedding by having in a castle.

Your welcome, Yeah were just staying from wed-sun and then we are going to go to another hotel we havent figured out where yet because FI is from there but were thinking somewhere in Runaway bay or Ochi. Well I'm glad there is another bride for this resort maybe it will be more.

My mom wanted a dj so after dinner in one of the restaurants we are going to hire a dj just for two hours because I think thats plenty with only 15 people. Our dinner is at 6pm so I guess we will go party about 8 or 8:30 until about 10-10:30. But I think that sounds like a great idea because it really only takes 2 people to make a party haha.

I am not planning anything my guest are only staying a long weekend thursday-sunday and half of them are staying at another hotel those are friends but my family is staying at the same hotel. Its only 15 of us total But my parents will have celbrated their annivesary about two weeks before our wedding so i asked FI what we could maybe do with them on saturday our wedding friday so it would only be about 8 of us traveling somewhere. I think what you have so far sounds great. Maybe one day you could split up and all the ladies could go somwhere and the guys somewhere else as you know we like different things among the sexs haha. Also I lived in Germany before and I know there they have lots of different tours you could go on to like a beer factory or wine or glass making or something like that and I'm not sure but Rome probably has something like that. Also we went on castle tours. If I think of anything else I will let you know.

The favours are usually give to all guests at the reception. I agree with the above poster since your doing CD's that if a married couple one would be good but everyone else should get one. But also another thing since it is a CD most people might want there own because even as a married couple you might want to listen to it in your car and your spouse somewhere else. Hope this helps

My FI is from there and still there. I think you will be fine. I think a lot of times people here certian things and just get scared. I view it like this (I'm from the states) You know that there are bad parts of LA or New York but you still go, you just make sure you stay out of those areas. I think people are very quick to judge and especially with a DW because that gives them a chance to debate your choice. There are places all over the world that are bad but there are also good. I think once you visit you will feel better, but as a pp said the country is poorer so be prepared because some people that only stay on the resort dont see it. I actually heard some guest one time say I dont know why the complain its not that bad but they never let the resort. I hope this helps

Hello Sara3014, I am getting married there August 20, 2010 so its coming up. I will let you know how it is when I et back. There are not any brides on here to look at any reviews. But it has to start some where haha. From what I read about the location from trip advisor is that the rooms are mostly dated but that doesnt concern me. Breezes just took over in November it use to be Starfish so there are probably a lot of things that need updating, but I think it will still be a good place for a wedding but as I stated I will let you know when I get back. The WC has been very good at responding back I only had just a few times where I had to e-mail twice to get an answer. I hope this helps some. I picked it mostly because we have two kids and I think it would be good for the kids and were having a small wedding 15 total. If you have some genernal questions about things just let me know and I can see if I can answer it.

I bought my wedding dress from a store on e-bay and I love it. I think as long as you have your measurements and tried on dresses in the store especially with wedding dresses so you know what you like I think its fine.

We want to but because we dont stay in the same country we talked about doing it after the wedding I know it wont be the same but I think it will still be good for us.

Its only going to be 15 of us total including our two kids and I think we will have a blast just think when u and FI go on vacation and you to have fun. Or if you ever went on a small group vacation and it was still fun. As I always say you make the fun it doesnt just happen, so if its just your immeidate family and close friends I think you will still have a great time because just think of big wedding at home that you attend you really dont get to hang with anyone because its so many people.
