Ladies, thank you all for your advice and comments. My FI and I discussed this and we both agreed that 4 hours is just not enough time, we dont want to miss a thing! and he knows just how important the pictures are to me so we decided just to pay the extra money on top of what weve already paid in order to have all the special moments captured on our day. We decided that it would be best to have the photographer for the whole day!! yay i couldnt be any more excited! Once again thanks girls!

Hi Ladies, I was just curious as to how many hours you had or will be having your photographer for? And if the photographer you are using is part of your resort or outside vendor? The reason that I am asking is because I am unsure as to our agreement with ours. We were just informed that we will only have our photog for 4 hours to cover our event and we cannot break up the time, everything has to be consecutive. I do not think that this is enough time as I would want pictures of my getting ready beforehand, the ceremony, after the ceremony pictures and the reception pictures. Our wedding is a total of 6 hours and Im not too thrilled of not having 2 hours of it photographed but yet I sort of hesitant of forking over the extra $1,000 for the additional hours. So if you girls can please help me out here, as to if it is worth it to add the extra hours or if this is not a big deal and that the 4 hours should be enough time. Thank you all in advance.
