My wedding isn't till Oct but if a brides needs it soon, they need to get on it asap! Do you know the exact directions for putting it together so the sand won't leak? Please let me know how yours goes! I would love to see pics and see how you did it! Thanks! P.s. I'm excited for our cups to come in!

David's Bridal - Satin Pick-up Ball Gown with Sash BR1010 I think I tried this dress on and it's very pretty. What size and how much? I'm in the process of buying one but I can't go look at it till Friday so I will know for sure if I still need one after this weekend. Thanks!
  3. Ok, so I did some searching on the sand frame and there is a thread on here where the girls order the frame from Amazon... Amazon.com: Umbra Ether 10.5 X 8-Inch Frame, Espresso: Home & Garden and then you have to glue two of the panels so the sand seperates from the pic! I am going to order mine asap because the girls said that the place that makes them has quit making them. Hope this helps out!
  4. Quote: Originally Posted by bahiabride2010 I believe the glue she suggested in the video was Wellbond but any super strong glue should do. From what I remember...you put glue along the edges of Pane 2 and 3 to seal them into place. There should be no glue on Pane 1 (so that you can clean it and change the picture attached to the front of frame two or back of frame one...I haven't decided which would work better) and also not on Pane 4. When pouring the sand into the middle of Pane 2 and 3 you need to cover the front and back gaps. Some of the girls used cardstock or I know I read that someone had used sticker paper that would be cut to fit perfectly. To Recap: Pane #1 - No glue so you can clean the glass and change the picture Pane #2 - Glue along three edges Pane #3 - Glue along three edges Pane #4 - No glue (this pane is the cloudy one) Hope this helps...I haven't tried it yet but plan on getting our frame ready in the next couple of weeks. I'll let you know how it turns out! Please let me know how it goes!
  5. You did an amazing job! I love the activity book for the kids! Did you order your matches or make them?
  6. I would like the red cross one too! These are too cute! Love the Oh Sh*t kit!
  7. Yes, I wish I could also see the attchment but I'm still plently of post away! I will keep posting so I can come back! I'm sure it looks awesome
  8. That dress is amazing but not exactly what I am looking for. The price is awesome! I hope you sell it soon! Have you looked at putting it on oncewed.com or somewhere like that?

I think you can just give your script to ana and she will give it to the minister. I wonder if he/she speaks good english?

  11. Hey girls! I am looking for a dress that I can use for my TTD session. I LOVE maggie sottero gowns because they can give or take in the size. I am looking for something princess'ish and poofy. Needing size 10-12 but could pull a size 8 in a maggie. Please let me know what you have. A previous ocean TTD would be great as long as it will still photo well and isn't torn or ripped. I'm a destination bride on a budget (aren't we all) so the cheaper the better. Thanks!!!

Hope you have an amazing time and I'm sure your wedding will be everything you've wanted and MORE! Enjoy being the MRS!!!
  13. Wow! I love the dress and would love it for my own TTD but $500 is a little more than I want to spend. Are u willing to sell for less?

I just wanted a white strapless dress but I'm having a hard time finding one for around $100. Thoughts? I'm going to look at David's Bridal $99 sale and on craigslist. Since I am getting a second hand one to trash, I think I am going to go with a different style than my original. The dress I purchased is not as poofy and princess'ish as I thought I wanted so I think my TTD will be. That way I can feel like I have the best of both worlds.
  15. Just putting this out there for brides who haven't booked a photographer yet. Check out Juan Navarro! I booked Claudia before I looked around because I loved her work so much and now I'm looking for a photographer for my TTD session and Juan's prices are amazing! I'm so happy that I will be able to use them both and I'm going to have amazing photos but Juan's package offers more photos and is a better price. So, I just wanted to put that out there!
