  1. Here's a few of my faves-not really sexy probably but sensual/intimate--
  2. Cecilia did an amazing job at our 10/13 wedding and ttd at Catalonia Royal Tulum!! I watch it a hundred times a day it seems like http://www.yourphotoslide.com/video.php?id=56
  3. I'm really not sure if any of them turned out to be real touch or not...After discussing real touch at length w/a florist that does real, and silk including real touch, they are not always the best quality available; as she explained it, some high quality silks are more realistic looking that some real touch varieties. I know she ended up using the highest quality silk flowers available to florists only (level 1 I think she said).
  4. I just did my TTD in MX last week and I was worried about m/u for that day too. I wore MUFE HD foundation, BB gel eyeliner, falsies and clinique lash power mascara. But my face didn't really get wet so I didn't really have to worry about it...Here's how mine turned out and I loved it! (sorry so many pics but I love our ttd pics!)
  5. Here's my cake & topper from our beach wedding last week
  6. Just wanted to share by gorgeous flowers by Something Spectacular Floral Design. They turned out fabulous!!
  7. Thanks Monique! They are by Naughty Monkey and the style is Tiara. I got mine from Amazon and they have them on Zappo's and DSW too
  8. Just wanted to share my bridal bouquet by Something Spectacular Floral Design
  9. His contract says 50% due at signing of contract; remaining 50% is due 30 days before wedding date. HTH!!
  10. lol-well thank you I am happy to help a bride out bc I sure needed help a time or 2!!
  11. PamelaVan-- they are both local to the area. Here's their emails: [email protected] [email protected] Â Both of them are very prompt in responding (or that was my experience). Cecilia is in Argentina this week, but she is still answering emails.
  12. I was going to order one from mudcards too but she's booked up until the end of October. I ordered mine from clayinaround on etsyh-hers are great too!
  13. I had the hardest time choosing bw Ivan Luckie and Cecilia Dumas! I had decided to move forward with Ivan earlier in the week and then Cecilia approached me with a great offer, which made it even harder but I still had some hesitations. Thanks to some past brides on this forum that have used Cecilia, they were able to set my mind at ease and made the choice easy from that point! Yesterday I signed the contract with Cecilia and made my 20% deposit and I know I made the right choice! I am 100% confident she will do an outstanding job capturing our moments Thanks again to the brides that offered their input
  14. I initially did the 30 DS 5-6 times a wk when I started at the 1st of June. By the time I finished all 3 levels, I had dropped 2 sizes!! Woo hoo Then I started my 2nd round of the 30 DS and I added Jillian's other DVD no more trouble zones. I do this routine 6 days/wk. I alternate the 30 ds with nmtz every other day. It is totally kicking my butt but I am 2 mths away today so I will suffer through it bc the results are outstanding!!
  15. Hi tfidely! I'm not using the photog at CRT-I'm either using Ivan Luckie or Cecilia Dumas. Who are you using? The ceremony locs at CRT are in their massage hut palapa on the beach or you can pay to use a gazebo (huppah). You can also have your ceremony closer to the water, which is what we're doing. Happy Planning
  16. Hi ReeRee! I'm getting married at the CRT too-10/13/10. What is your date? Glad you finally got a response. I have emailed Jacqueline many, many times and she is very responsive and helpful. Good luck with your wedding
  17. Hi A&C! I'm a CRT bride too! Not many of us on here...When are you getting married? Our's is 10-13-10. Have you been in touch with Jacqueline? She is very responsive-I usually get a response from her within a couple of hours. I found a couple of other brides that were married at the CRT on Facebook and they seem to have had great weddings there! Happy Planning
  18. Thanks for sharing! I've already ordered a starfish and monogram from them and love them! How many jewels are y'all putting in your bouquet? The monogram is going on my bouquet handle/stems, so right now I've got the 1 starfish to go in my bouquet. I was thinking about ordering 2 more but wonder if 3 will be too much..
  19. I knew early on i didn't want to hassle with all the legalities in MX, so I toyed with the idea of making it legal here first then doing a symbolic ceremony in MX. However, I did not like the thought of doing it twice. I want to say I do to my FH once, and no matter how informal you make the legal ceremony here, it just seems to me it would take some of the 'specialness' out of the MX ceremony (for me anyway). We are fortunate to have a good friend that is an ordained mininster. We are getting our marriage license here in TX, taking it, along with our friend, to MX and doing a symbolic ceremony there, with him officiating. We will sign our license then and file it when we get back home. My FH has done it this way before w/a previous marriage and it works (at least here in TX).
