  1. I would think the tequilla would be a lot cheaper in Mexico.
  2. I might have to do Kahlua or Tequilla. 16 guys to buy for. If you think of any other ideas let me know.
  3. That is a really good idea; so you remember everything and how you felt. Thanks for sharing the idea.
  4. This is the coolest cake topper I've seen. I love that you have your dog on it!
  5. How do you get the flowers to the DW without smashing, etc? Or are they pretty durable?
  6. The fish are cute...now you'll have to get them some shower gel to go with! I love the dollar store!

  8. I have been looking for vendors in Mexico to buy my things from so I don't have to ship from here. Ship direct from company to resort. However, I would love to see them in person before we get there. So far, all I have found are partyflops.
  9. Our resort also charges the photo fee; which seems pretty riduclous when you are paying so much to have the wedding already!
  10. Does anyone have any ideas of other "Mexican" foods to include in a bag like she is describing above??
  11. I would love to find a place that would put these together for you too! I did find this website that has cute little sombreros that you could put on the bottles. Amols' Specialty - Catalog - 4" Mexico Sombrero
  12. Did you decide which kind of reception you are going to have? They all have their pros and cons. I would think with 40 people you could do a private one for a few hours then migrate to the bars and disco??
  13. Congratulations. We would love to hear about your wedding!
  14. It can be overwelming with all the options. Once you decide on the resort the decisions seem to get easier.
  15. Welcome to the forum. Hope you are finding all the information you need!
  16. Congrats and welcome to the forum.
  17. Welcome. You are going to love this forum.
  18. Living in the midwest; at this time of year I think your only option is online. Otherwise if you can even just find one pair at somewhere like Macy's, you can ask the clerk to print out what other stores have inventory of the same thing in different sizes. That is what I did for groomsmen shirts; found 3 in stock in the right sizes at our local Macy's then ended up calling a Macy's in Florida and have them ship me the other sizes I needed.
  19. Are you finding all the info you are looking for?
  20. Welcome to the forum. You will find all the info you need here. Mexico does require the blood test for a legal wedding. But you can always get legally married before or after you leave and just have the ceremony down there. That is what a lot of us are doing.
  21. I would find a travel agent and check with them. Or even just check prices on a site like Orbitz to get ball park pricing. Welcome to the forum and good luck with your planning.
  22. Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you will still find tons of useful info on here. Happy planning.
  23. Good luck in your search for resorts. Read peoples reviews from their weddings; that helped me decide. We decided we wanted a larger resort; so people had plenty to do without leaving the resort. Others prefer a smaller more intimate resort where they feel like their group is the only one there. Depends on what you prefer.
