    yeah it takes a while! go to the newbie thread and look at the top for the sticky thread that says FAQ. this should help guide you. at least it helped me. you have to add quick posts to get your numbers up so that you will be able to navigate the site. maybe could look into the area you are interested in getting married and ask other brides questions in those threads. hope this helps! you shouldn't leave. this is a GREAT site! i've found so many ideas and i'm no longer overwhelmed by all the details of the DW.
