OMG, this is all confusing me with the extras!!! We are getting the Ultimate package and possibly another 20-30 more people at $65pp- OUCH!! Are you saying that with the Ultimate package we CAN'T get the tres leches cake as our wedding cake that we cut??! Oh, and now they have lounge furniture...does this mean they don't work with EW Cancun as an outside vendor anymore? I am sooo confused!!! I was getting all stressed and talking to my fiance and he was all like," just relax, don't worry about it. There is no need to stress when we don't have a confirmed amount of people yet. The OOT bag contents and reception, ceremony stuff- vases, ribbon, real touch flowers, etc, can all be bought from stores locally then we can ship it to Tulum. Just relax". Am I overreacting?!!! Maybe I should listen to him?!? HELP!!!

Oh my GOSH!! I am sooo overwhelmed!!! I am a May 30th, 2010 bride and have SOO much still to do! How in the world do you ladies do all of the DIY, etc....and still have a job, life, etc..??!! I feel like I don't have enough time in the day to research and yet so many brides have already done the research for me/us! I guess after I get back from Sundance snowboarding Jan. 20-24, I will be able to focus more and hunker down and get things done!?! Oh, and did I mention that we might be relocating from SC to Vancouver mid April?!! OMG if I make it through this, I can make it through ANYTHING!! I hope to have our invitation passport style form completed by the end of the month to get things rolling there. One thing at a time is my motto so far. Checklist complete: -Dresses (2 out of 3 ordered) -Photographer -Location & date -BM dresses ordered -STD's sent out this week -Inspiration boards for each event for vendors/WC -STD planning thread -Hair stylist Checklist To-do: -OOT bags (This is the BIG one) -Invitations -old, new, borrowed, blue -Cake (grooms) -Grooms/man attire -Jewelry, accessories -Register -Table #'s, menus, and namecards, Oh my! -and on, and on, and on......I have to stop here bc I am stressing out just writing this LOL!!! The reality of getting all of this done is what it is and has to be done, but it is definitely stressful and makes me miss my Mom even more. I wish I had some consistent help, well any help would be nice. But I am so glad that I have this forum to lean on and use! I do not know what I wdve done without you ALL!! Congrats to EVERYONE and Thanks for all of the sharing and excitement!

Congratulations!! Very exciting! We are getting married in Tulum at the Dreams resort! It is overall the most cost effective for our guests, only 30 min. from any activity whether shopping, nightlife, etc.... If you check out the Dreams Tulum Sticky thread from SunBride.....you will find SOOOO much information! This is where we made the final decision to get married there! Good Luck and happy planning!!

So I have my STD planning thread complete!! I am FINALLY mailing them today!!! YAY!!! The STD magnet that I created based off of inspiration from - Karla-!! Thank you so much!! I ordered these from 4over4.com - 200 magnets w/ 20% off discount code (mycouponsfree20) for a total $142.52. I created my own size 6†X 2.75†so we could use an A6 envelope (4 ¾â€, 6 1/2â€) in natural cream(discounted) for about $25/150 from paperandmore.com. We also created a rubber stamp(3/4†X 2 3/8â€) from rubberstampchamp.com (Ideal 100 self - inking stamp) for about $10. I also put our monogram on round labels from Office Depot (Avery Multipurpose Round removable labels, 1â€, White, Pack of 600 - $6.99 – Item #112441) & used clear return labels from Office Depot (Avery clear return labels, ½†X 1 ¾†- $11.99). We also enclosed a letter reminder to get everyone info on getting a start on planning for the trip. This was ordered in Red Ink font used:Broadway It was really easy and cost effective!!
