  2. Yes you can! As a matter of fact, we have about 57 guests and will be stopping at the Hi Lo market on the way to Rockhouse to get lots of liquor!
  3. I'm on a seriouuus diet right now! But I have the same plan B as you- I've been looking online at David's Bridal dresses!
  4. No, there's the cliffs & also 7 mile beach (& Bloody Bay).
  5. Lua- love your dress on you! Tris- Congrats girl!!! Brandy- I can't believe you have like 3 weeks left! Wow! I'm almost done with my bridesmaid bouquets...
  6. I feel so bad for you- and me-- I can't even fit my dress!!
  7. You are really prepared! I get married next month & have NOT put my bags together yet, lol. I absolutely love your do not disturb sign & telling you right now and upfront that I'm stealing your wording, lol! Whew- good thing I didn't work on them this weekend like I was supposed to!
  8. So happy you had fun Michele! Love, love, love the dresses Brandy! I just realized, you don't even have a month left! Are you excited, nervous??
  9. Good post lisa! But I'm still doing my OOT bags, haha
  10. I know it's so easy to worry, but don't! I worried myself too, and wouldn't you know I still have a couple of people booking now?! Everyone was supposed to be booked by December! I have 55 days until my wedding, and finally have 25 rooms booked & paid for & 60 people going including FI and I. So, I'm sure it will all work out. I just don't know why people choose to book so close to the wedding?!
  11. Tris- Love, LOVE, your dress! Looks amazing! Lisa I feel your frustration, the site wouldn't even let me answer pm's today! ugh! I got 56 days left- YAY!!
  12. You're so lucky! I had my heart set on including sarongs too, but I couldn't find any reasonably priced. I was going to make them since they're cheap and easy to make, but just don't have the time. Great bargain!
  13. Okay LMAO!!! I just went to to one forum and I saw her post like every 3-4 minutes-- right down the list of threads! Believe me, there is an attachment somewhere that she really, really wants to open! Too funny!!
  14. Also, just personally, I’m a nurse and although I know it’s cost efficient to just buy a bottle of meds to give some to those who need it, I’ve always been leery of it when I see some people do that. It’s really not ideal to be giving people meds that they’re not opening themselves… even as a nurse, we pretty much open oral meds in front of the patient so they can actually see what it is, then give it to them to take. Individual packets of OTC meds just seem like a better choice to me.
  15. I think the generic is fine- save a buck when you can! I also think it's very thoughtful... lots of times you see med boxes in many office facilities which is why you see a lot of the "industrial" packs of meds in even your local office supplies store. As long as they're OTC I don't see a problem with it at all. Your guests will be grateful!
  16. Hilarious BeachBride, lol! She might've wanted to open an attachment really bad- you never know!
  17. I hear you Bailey! That's why I had a plan, lol. My cousin and I are going down 2 days early before everyone else so I had to schedule a flight for us to take down there, but we come back with the group. So...I searched until I found an airline with a reasonable ticket that allowed at least one free bag. Yay- I ended up getting a one-way ticket to Jamaica for $175 and am allowed 2 bags (50lbs each) and a free carry-on and personal item! My cousin says she only needs 1 bag, so I now have 3 free bags and a free carry-on. My mom is part of my group that is staying for 3 nights and they get 2 free bags on American Airline, 50 lbs each- so I'm taking one of hers too! I now have 4 free bags & a carry-on! I'm bringing stuff down in those big totes that I plan to just leave there.
  18. Oh I feel your pain! I said I didn't want a "typical" beach wedding either, as I love going to weddings with gorgeous decor. After seeing many pics of weddings at my resort, I hated seeing the "bare" looking tables all the time! However, after contacting the florist, I found out that even a little square vase with flowers in it is like $65! Now I see why everyone's tables at that hotel look so bare! I've tried to accept this in my mind, but I just can't do it- looks like I'll be bringing centerpieces down too...
  19. I stareted a thread on the General Wedding forum under OOT bags. I did see a couple of brides over there looking for others to split orders with
