I invited about 6 people I work with, my fiance didn't invite any. These are girls I am closer with - and who I knew wanted to come! I don't think you should feel obligated to invite anyone you work with - they will understand.

We could have had every 21st passenger free but our TA offered us a rate $200 less expensive for all our guests if we gave up the free passenger. We wanted to make it as affordable as possible for our guests so we took the deal. We really not getting any perks, except extra weight allowance on luggage, a champagne toast on the plane and a room upgrade - if available. I would have pushed for more if I could do it all over again!

We chose Cuba for the same reason - it's very reasonably priced and we wanted to make it as affordable as possible for our friends and family. I was torn between the Mayan Riviera and Varadero but as soon as we heard about Iberostar Laguna Azul, I was sold. While I am worried about the food (I'm a total foodie) the gorgeous beach, beautiful pools, disco and everything else will hopefully make up for it!

I have had similar issues as well - people have actually called me and asked "so are we invited to your wedding?" We have more than double what we expected booked, but like some of the other girls, we are so flattered that so many want to come to our wedding. The reception at the resort is certainly going to be more expensive than we imagined but we figure this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip, so the more the merrier! I hope everything works out for you - the wedding crasher T-Shirt is a really great idea!

Originally I wasn't planning on buying the girls dresses, but we found the most amazing dress that all my BMs really love at a bridal show and I then found on Netbride for almost half the Cdn. price! I had been agonizing over what to get them as a gift when I finally decided that the best idea would be to just pay for their dresses! They all genuinely love them and can definitely wear them again, so it's a gift I think they will get use out of. The best part is they keep asking how much they owe me - they were measured and I ordered the dresses online - and I keep telling them we'll figure it all out later. I plan to have them boxed and wrapped and I can't wait to surprise them with the dress as a gift!!

Hi there, I have stayed in the Falls countless times and if its the Embassy Suites you've booked, you picked a great hotel! The rooms, as the names implies, are all suites and very spacious - it is a fairly new hotel so not much wear and tear and the location is fantastic - you can walk to the 'main drag', the casino and the actual falls in under 10 minutes. I remember there is a nice big room on one of the middle floors that we went to for a complimentary drink when we first arrived that would be ideal for your cocktail hour..I think it was called the President's Lounge?? Ask to speak to the concierge at the hotel instead of the front desk staff, maybe they will be more helpful! Good Luck!

Logistically, I'd love to have photos done before the ceremony. It's not until 4pm so it would be great to get photos done ahead of time and be able to go straight to our reception. But, like so many other girls have said, my absolute favourite part of weddings is that moment when the bride appears and she and the groom get their first look of each other...I bet I will be a crying mess, but I wouldn't pass it up!
