ahaha no problem I know it can be confusing. That is just the cocktail menu so they are all small hor douvres that they just pass a round. We did not want to do a full on dinner so I do not have those but I know they do offer it. I wanted more like stations and some passed hor douvres. So it is $1 per piece Usually it is recommended to do 4 pieces per person per hour. I hope that helps and makes more sense

Hey Lisa - I would contact your WC. I sent Zulma my final check list, a word doc with image of my bouquet, the asile, gazebo set up etc and our ceremony script I sent it to her last Wednesday. She told me the total was due 30 days before. However I sent it in early because in case we have any questions or surprises lol I want to be able to discuss them with her and take care of everything before we get there. I just realized your wedding is the day before thanksgiving! I don't know if you or any of your guests would have any interest but Wicky's restaurant always have a thanksgiving dinner.
