    They do assume the fee, I finally got confirmation from natalie. the $450 outside vender fee is included in your package cost, as least with the gold package as I got this one as well.

    ladies, anyone that is using an outside photographer- are you paying a vender fee to the resort directly or is the resort getting that fee from the photograher and it was already includeded in your price?

    I actually got something done!! They should have been out WAY earlier but I over analyze EVERYTHING, resort, colors, vendors, you name it!! I always wanted white with gold lettering for everthing that would need to get printed but come to find out gold is EXPENSIVE! So after a ton of back and forth here are my classy and simple (?) STD's. Thoughts

    Ladies, I want to go the DJ route, but I don't even know or heard of any vendors. Anyone have a name I can research? A DJ they have used?

    Hey ladies, just wanted to give you a heads up. I had looked into Misha Earle and Sungold associates and I know Misha does not have easy access to a computer. However, Sungold does, with that said she also books through sungold, as well as on her own, and I think Brian Nedgley does to. There associates are by initials, but I recognized the photography. Needless to say, I booked her through Sungold before I realized this with a 800 additional charge for there booking fee. So if you are interested in booking these photographers its much cheaper to book them directly.

    Hi Ladies, I need feed back on the Sungold associates. I see alot on the big names like Paula and Damian, Michael Saab, Misha Earle, Stacey Clarke, but has anyone booked a Sungold associate and do you have any feedback? Right now I'm considering the photographer "RS".

    wow!! Thanks everyone for the tips! I guess the price she's looking to charge me is pretty expected then. I did check Invitations by Dawn and Einvite and like them the best, but if I'm paying the same money with them I may as well go with the custom invites? Since I'm not getting married until April, I have decided to do a save the date with her (50 std, addressed envelopes, and monogram stickers) for $115. Then whom ever RSVP by January I will send really cute invites to. Is that bad, to only send invites to those who are def coming?

    what is the average cost everyone is spending on invitations? I need about 50 and was hoping to spend around $100, the stationary isn't the quality I would like. I got a few quotes of around $250, is that typical for quality stationary and a simple invitations?

    Does anyone know if this resort allows outside dj's? I know there is a fee for outside photographers hopefully i don't get hit twice!

    I will be inviting guests with a significant other, since its traveling i want everyone to feel comfortable and not travel alone unless they choose to. I will say I'm lucky and most of my guests are already married!
