Your pictures are GORGEOUS!! Congrats on a beautiful wedding. Mine is in 3 months and I'm getting nervous about all of the little details. I just have a couple questions. #1 - You said that the guests had rights to the Royal because they upgraded their room at The Gran Porto - what exactly does that mean? Our guests have a Jr. Suite Ocean view - is this considered an upgrade? I'm nervous because I'm staying at The Gran with my daughter but my wedding is at The Royal, so I'm scared that I may have issues getting over there and I'm the bride!! #2 - You said you paid to extend the reception 1 hour, do you mind telling me what that costs? We're interested in doing that as well. Thanks for all your help! I can't wait to come back and help future Royal brides too

I'm trying to plan a session with Kamilla Harris - an amazing photographer!! Philadelphia Boudoir, Manhattan Boudoir by Kamila Harris I missed my last session due to having my damn gallbladder out so I'm trying to get another session together for March - I believe on the 15th or 16th Sessions are $600 and includes hair and makeup, about an hour and a half photoshoot, 4-6 outfit changes, up to 100 fully edited images on disk, and an album of 20 5x7's . The rental of a hotel room would have to be split among the girls which is usually another $50 depending on how many girls we can get. Let me know if you're interested!!

I was searching about 6 months ago for airport transfers and found a company where I could pay up front for the transfers and they would pick people up as they came in. Many of the group transfers that I see online are when everyone comes in at the same time. I just can't see spending $40 per person for a round trip transfer, it just seems like a lot of money. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi guys, haven't posted in a while, but I wanted to add that I'm doing OOT bags and right now VistaPrint has free totes right now for those who are worried about your budget. Today I got an email that had free totes, hats, tshirts, pens and keychains. One set of those 5 things cost $5.68 total. I did 20 orders of this and it cost me $113 for all of those things 20 totes, 20 shirts, 20 keychains, 20 hats, 20 pens - not bad for 40 people! I just made sure that I used their fonts and pictures so no extra costs were added. There are cute palm tree and hibiscus pics too. I attached a pic of the tote I made - aren't they cute?!? tote.doc

I think the only thing that says "VistaPrint" is the pen, in a small spot, but otherwise nothing else says VistaPrint on it anywhere.

Yup, I just place seperate orders for each one with the same address and card and it goes through each time. Just a warning....the orders don't all come in one box, so I did 20 orders of 5 things. They may send one pen and one keychain in a box and then in another order 2 shirts and so on. My fiance gets so mad when he sees 10 boxes in one day show up until I tell him what I spent! He never believes me until I show him the bill. LOL!

YAY for VistaPrint!! I got an email today that had tons of free stuff in it, including totes!! So, I used all of their images and none of my own (they had cute palm tree, hibiscus flowers and other things) and orderd one of each a tote, tshirt, pen, keychain and a hat - all free items and paid for shipping of $5.68. I put our place and date on all of them and did this 20 times (we have 20 rooms booked) and the total cost was $113 for all of the OOT bags for 40 people and there's nothing that I have to print or anything. It's all going to just come in and I have to put them together! I'm so glad I'm done with that.....it was a big worry! Each item only comes out to just over $1 each! It's tough to find canvas totes for $1 and these are even printed with my place already. Ha....think I'm a little happy or what?!?

I thought the bright turquoise PA-034 was nice and the fucschia PA-019! I'll be getting one of those only because the bigger the bulk for one color the cheaper the price.

I found these on OTC and they look great. They are 600D polyester canvas and much more sturdy than the cotton ones for $0.99 each I was going to get. With shipping they would come out to $2.80 per bag which is really cheap for big canvas totes. They only come in a lot of 60, but I'd be willing to split an order and get 30 each and when they arrived to my house I would ship them out to you (we can split that shipping cost too) Here's the link: Royal Blue Color Accent Tote Bags

Didn't you say that you had 117 to order so far? Here's what the website says: Buy 12 for $3.75 each and save 6% Buy 36 for $3.55 each and save 11% Buy 60 for $3.16 each and save 20% When I added 60 to the cart they came out at $3.16 each, so I'm going to say it's pretty safe to assume that we can at least get that price, no??

Holy cow! Some say all, some say none, some say only one....this is so HARD! Well, I decided to buy the set anyway and try it on with the dress. Then it will be much easier to decide! I'll post pics when I get them so you can all get a better idea of what it will look like. Thanks

OOHHH and thanks so much for the compliments on the dress! I got it at The Running of The Brides and I was the 2nd bride to buy a dress and it was a steal at only $250.00!!!! YAY! The tag said it was over a $1000 dress - they didn't put amounts on them, just price ranges so who knows what it originally cost, but I was just so happy

Ok, so maybe it seems that general concensus is 1 piece - not both. I think maybe I'll just do the bold bracelet, this way I can have small crysal earrings (I feel naked if I have no earrings at all) and a very simple veil. Ohhh how I love the necklace though.

I didn't plan on any head piece - just a small orchid in the back of my hair and an extremely simple one layer veil maybe with tiny crystals on the edge, but maybe not..... Oh and I didn't clarify the first one is the necklace and the second is the bracelet. Maybe I'll just do the bracelet and no necklace?? I don't want the bold necklace to compete with my dress either. Ugh...this is HARD!
