Thanks, A lot of people were freaking out, some decided not to carry on with their trip which is too bad. I was lucky and was able to glue my dress with some nail glue that came in the kit I brought for my wedding. -

We were one of the weddings on that flight, but I know there were at least 3 other brides as well. Still can't really believed it happened, espcially since we had a group with us and had reassured those who had never flown how safe it is! We did continue on and had a great wedding, although I didn't realized my dress got ripped until I put it on the day of the wedding! -
I'm trying to figure out what the night should look like. We have already booked a hall and a friend on the family will be doing music for dancing after dinner. Our contact at the hall recomended everyone arrive for 5:30pm then eat at 6 but that seems a little early to me and I'm wondering what to do the rest of the night? I'd love to hear how other people are organizing the evening/night?

Your pics are beautiful! I'm getting married in April and was a little worried about using the resort photographer, but maybe I shouldn't be. We are a small group (12 total so far) and I've been looking at the packages/ individual costs of extras etc and have no clue what to do...did you book a package? oh and were those flowers you took with you or from the resort Thanks!

I'm getting married in April 2009 and am worried about using the resort photographer, any recomendations? I would love to bring a photographer with me but I don't think it's in my budget so someone local would be nice... Thanks!

April 2009 Brides Check In!

Ahh!! I'm soo far behind compared to everyone else here. Five months are going to fly by, hope I can get it all done although I don't even know where to start! -
we just found out our wedding date and time yesterday.... April 24, 2009 at 6pm, yay!

Hey, my fiance and I are getting married in Cuba (Melia las Dunas) April 2009 (we don't have the wedding date and time yet....). Soo much to do between now and then. Hoping to get some ideas and other info from all the posts on these boards!
