I began searching for villas a few months ago--it was very difficult for me bc im planning on having 30-40 ppl attend our wedding, and we needed to find villas that were next to each other so we could fit everyone. I ended up choosing a resort instead, but it should be fairly easy 4 u to find a good villa with that amount of people! i am going to search through what i found, and send u some recommendations.

I've been to Mexico in June, and while it was hot, i did not find it unbearable. I am also planning a June wedding =)

Hi--i totally understand how hard it is to choose! my fi and i went down to mexico in september bc we had 6 resorts in mind and had to go visit them to decide! Given our trip, we decided to go with barcelo. They had the best beach out of the 6, and we just feel in love with the whole atmosphere! It's also not too over the top- 2 of the resorts that we visited were either too classy or too huge. Definitely check it out, its an amazing resort, and i can't wait to get married there!

Hey guys! i just got back from my site visits about 2 weeks ago. I visited dreams tulum, barcelo, grand palladium, grand bay blue esmeralda, and Sandos Caracol. I'm happy to say that we have decided on Barcelo=) we knew from the second we saw it, that it was the place for our wedding. It blew all the others away =) So is this our Barcelo Maya brides section, or should we make one?

Hey guys! Okay so we finally booked a week to go down to Mexico and scout locations for the wedding. We're almost positive we want to have it at Dreams Tulum, but we both felt we had to go there ourselves first to make sure! Just wondering if anyone is getting married there this month from September 27th-October 1st, b/c I think it would be great to see what it looks like set up! Thanks!

Could you guys let me know, on average, what your guests paid per night at Dreams Tulum? Just looking for an estimation, so I know what my guests should expect. I know that the prices vary during the time, and obviously by year, but knowing what to expect would really help =) Thanks!

Hello all! Just trying to brainstorm in terms of the colors I want--I definitely want pink to be my primary color, along with turqoise and hints of orange. Just wondering if anyone had inspiring pictures or had these colors at their wedding and wanted to post any pink& turquoise(with a hint of orange ) pictures? Thanks!

Chandra--the 45 is for the whole cab. Cabs are super expensive down there--I would try to look into renting a bus or someting because it's probably cheaper. And I agree with taking the bus or collectivo during the day, as when i was there, it was like a dollar a person to go to playa!

Hi ladies, I'm in the middle of deciding where I am having my wedding, and right now everything is pointing towards Dreams Tulum. I'm waiting for the wedding coordinator to get back to me, but until then, I was just wondering what kind of deals you guys got for your guests staying the week in the resort(ie: how much per person per night?) I want this to be as reasonable as possible for my guests! Also, any suggestions for where/how to book the rooms for my guests would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi guys-- so i'm still deciding on where I should have my wedding-- at first I was thinking villas, but now I think that an all inclusive resort would be ideal. Does anyone have any suggestions for ai's in either tulum, pdc, or akumal that are reasonable? I have heard that you can get Dreams Tulum for around 79-89/pp a night? Now I am really leaning towards Dreams Tulum, but any suggestions for a budget all inclusive would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
