There are so many great resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya that are economical and offer lots to do! Dreams and Riu, both in Cancun and Riviera Maya have fun and inexpensive resorts. Good luck in your planning!

There are lots of helpful brides and plenty of info on Punta Cana. It can get overwhelming. Just remember that there is a search feature at the top and individual forums for DR and the Caribbean. I am going to Punta Cana next year and I can't wait! Congrats and good luck planning.

I am not familiar with either one of those photographers, but I can say if the difference is only $200 go with the one that you really love. What will $200 be in 5 or 10 years when all you have left of the wedding is the photographs?
