Hi Everyone, I am still shopping around for a destination resort...but the Iberostar is one of the resorts at the top of my list. Please post reviews when you have a chance, it would be nice to hear about everyone else's experiences...pictures too! Also, I just talked to a travel agent who said that the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach had just closed...she did not have details, but seemed a little concerned about the property. However, when I looked on trip advisor...somebody reported that it was closed for reno's... Do you guys have any insight about this?? Thanks, Jess.

I am still shopping around for a punta cana resort...and this open bar information is very helpful. I have found that many of the resorts charge extra for an open bar at a private reception (e.g. majestic)...by the hour! So, having this inclusive at Dreams is a plus. Thanks again!! Very helpful!

Hi Welcome... I just joined today too! I am in Toronto too and have the similar issue as you, except my fiance is the one looking for the pristine beach and I am interested in a great pool with a swim up bar. We are also aiming for a Nov 2010 wedding. Anyways, we are still trying to sort through the information and pick a place. I think we are going with a DR resort, as they have great beaches too! I think St. Lucia sounds nice, but I did not think they had many all inclusive options... Good Luck with the planning! Jess

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am just starting to plan a destination wedding. I was told that this was a great site to get information from...which is great news, because all the information I have been looking through so far is very overwhelming. I cannot believe how time consuming it has been just to pick the resort that is the best fit for my fiance and I and our guests...and we are still searching. We are zeroing in on a punta cana resort (maybe, majestic, dreams, paradisus...) Wish us luck!
