  1. This is the one I tried on, not sure if it is exactly the same or not... David's Bridal - Bridal Gowns VW9146 Chiffon gown with pleated bust, empire waist, and tie back. Click on alternate view to the right of the picture to see the back of it. Not sure if I am helping though
  2. I believe I tried one on similar to this at David's Bridal. Without seeing more pics, I can't be completely sure. But I liked the one I tried on, it just wasn't "the one" for me.

  4. Looks like you have a great Hubby Such a nice slideshow, everything turned out great. Where did you get those tablecloths from your shower? They are cute
  5. I vote #3 haha that is too funny. And how did he sleep through that??

I googled the dress and found a pic of Becks in the dress and then found this site because of that...awww I was so excited to see Becks' wedding and TTD pics - and she was absolutely gorgeous in this dress. I can't wait to wear it

  8. I tried on a sample dress back in July and ordered it right away because I fell head over heels for it...so it just came in and my Mom and I went up there for me to try it on. I was so worried it would be too small but it fit fairly well. The halter straps will have to be taken up and it needs to be shortened, but I made an alteration appointment for December, so hopefull by June it will fit perfectly. The alterations lady pretty much told me I had no boobs, so I guess I might put padding in there or something I am still so in love with it and know I will love it even more, once I don't have to have things pinned in order to see how it will really look
  9. I agree with BachataBride...what would I do without you girls?? Very cute idea!
  10. These are so wonderful. Such a great keepsake for y'all
  11. I think I will go through a bit of an "identity crisis" when I change mine, but my last name has caused me to spend who knows how much time in my life explaining how to say it, how to spell it, that it is not Polish or Japanese, etc... So I am actually a little excited to go from Kosatschenko (12 letters) to Rust (4 letters). But everyone knows me because my last name is so long and so unusual, so that will be a little sad. Not sure what I will do about my nickname either - KatyKo (because no one can say my last name!!)
  12. Oh My Gosh. That would be so aweful!! I feel so bad for her and the BM. You know he felt sooooooo bad! Wow.
  13. I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure Kai went peacefully with you by his side, but I can't imagine how hard it was for you and DH. I know there was a rumor about Swiffer being bad for pets, but snopes.com says it is false. I hope you can figure out what happened. Big Hug...
  14. Thank you. This is only the 2nd one I have made, but I can't wait to get it finished and give it to her
  15. One of my best friends is due to have her first baby in January. She is the first of my friends to get married and now have a baby, so this is exciting and new for all of us They have decided to name their baby boy Brody, after the character in Jaws (his Daddy is all about some sharks). So his nursery is going to be an under the sea theme. I decided I wanted to make her a quilt for him and found some awesome fabric in Allison's Etsy store (Etsy :: starlitnest :: READ ABOUT MY 20% OFF SALE BELOW!). My Mom and I sat down together last night and cut all the fabric and put it all together. We haven't sewn it yet, but I wanted to know if y'all think it is cute or not. What do you think? It is kind of hard to see in the picture, but there are fish, starfish, octopus, mermaids and sea horses. It will be about 38" squared.
  16. Great find I really want one of these now. I went to a wedding over the weekend and all the girls were wearing them.
  17. I am an Occidental Bride, but I am getting married at Occidental Grand Flamenco in Punta Cana. Good luck with everything!
