I meant to mention that I have been using the search function for 20 minutes and can't find it

Hi Ladies I'm trying to prepare all of my inspiration pictures to take with me to the resort (in 12 days YIKES!!) and I can't find a picture that I came across on here last week. It was a photo of ceremony chairs and just the ones along the aisle had sashes and flowers decorating them. The rest of the chairs were just plain (or had white covers, I can't remember). I want to do this for my ceremony, but I thought it would help to have a picture to give to the WC so there is no confusion (since you pay per chair sash!). If anyone can help me find that picture, I will be oh so grateful!! Thank you in advance!!

Food/Beverages We will have BBQ catered (cooked on-site) with Mac N Cheese, Baked Potatoes, Baked Beans, Bread, Lemonade & Sweet Tea. We will have Sweet Tea Vodka and Fresh Lemons, along with Wine (with personalized labels) and a couple of beer kegs. Will's Mom and I are making the cake. These will be placed on the tables for people to pick-up (and we may include them in thank you cards as well). DJ We hired Alan Norwood of Icon Entertainment as our DJ. He has been great so far, if anyone needs to hire a DJ in NC. Favors Will and I met at a restaurant that has great peanuts (the kind of place where you throw the shells on the floor) - it is still a place we love to go...so I got little burlap bags made by Etsy Seller: penspics on Etsy - PENS PICS and stamped "R" on them with a stamp made by Etsy Seller: Corrabelle on Etsy - The Mayberry Sparrow-Curiosities& Blatant Tomfoolery and filled them with in-the-shell roasted peanuts.

AHR Will and I are having a reception in Charlotte for all the family/friends who couldn't attend the DW. The reception will be set-up like we just walked out of our ceremony. Hopefully we will have our wedding video and pro photos by then to display for everyone to enjoy. Location We are having our AHR at the Rockin' K Ranch in Charlotte. DIY Invitation and RSVP Cards I just bought some creased cards from Office Depot and bought the stamps from Etsy Seller: sugarskull7 on Etsy - hand carved rubber stamps, original and custom work. I printed the details on the inside and designed the RSVP card and printed it through VistaPrint (standard postcards). Reception Sign http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/l...as/AHRSign.jpg I used one of VistaPrint's templates and made this sign to put out by the road of the reception location. It is very nice quality and we might have it framed after the reception as a keepsake. Decorations http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/l...nspiration.jpg Explanation of photos: We are having a rustic theme, so I will use some old mason/ball jars and fill them with wildflowers surrounded by clear candle holders. Our table cloths are lacey-looking from OT Clearance and we will have different colors underneath. My Bubbles A co-worker who got married recently, gave me her leftover bubbles, so I decided our guests could blow bubbles at us as we walk down the aisle as husband and wife. I just printed on a label and cut to size - "My Bubbles" is from Finding Nemo - Will and I love that movie and say that phrase a lot, so we thought it was appropriate! Photographer We Chose to use the resort photographer as well as Photo Souvenir. I love their work and I'm giving them complete artistic freedom with our photos and videos. That sounds like it might be a good idea. I'm worried about a million people being in the background of my pics because we can't afford to do a completely private ceremony. I'm interested to see if anyone else has done this. We could always use the free signs on VistaPrint for this DIY!!

I guess we are all going through this thought process. I don't prefer my hair up, but I have been to beach weddings before with my hair down and have been so annoyed by my hair in my face. I'm planning to have a couple of options ready to talk to the hair salon lady about - option a) hair down with long, loose curls with just the top pulled back and option a loose low, messy bun that can be taken down after the ceremony to be worn down with long, loose curls for the pictures after. We'll see how it goes...

I was looking for them online today. Found a decent price on the plastic tags and on the plastic hooks on ebay - just search for resealable badge holders and plastic belt clips.

Love it! Glad you went with collapsible. FI carries one in his back pocket almost all the time. You never know when you will need to keep a beer (in a can or bottle) cold

I was going to make a post about the Dollar Tree too because of the 2-pack goggles and they have snorkels in the store too. They have Spider Man, The Hulk and Iron Man (but the little parts that make them look childish slide off) - we are thinking about including some of those in our OOT bags. YAY! I can't believe it is your time!!! Have so much fun...we will all be thinking of you and your soon-to-be-D-H!! Can't wait to see all the pics when you get back.

My sister and my friend Laney (she was the winner of the toilet paper wedding gown game) And finally (most) all of my favorite ladies

So I had 2 showers this past weekend (don't tell my male co-worker who through the first one that it was a shower - he doesn't agree ). The first "shower" was a Stock the Bar Co-Ed party. Quite a few of my co-workers, my parents, FI's parents and my sister came. My co-worker's wife decorated the house and had a great line-up of sushi, brownies, chips and salsa, cheese and crackers and the best Stoli Dolis (these are pineapples soaked in Stoli for 9 days and then served chilled - yes...dangerous). I don't have any pictures yet - but I will add them if I do get some Lets just say our dry bar is no longer empty!! The second shower was thrown by my best girlfriends. They kicked me out of my house at 9am (my sister took me to breakfast and for a manicure) and I came back at 1pm to find my backyard turned into a tropical getaway. They made yummy turkey burgers, mac n cheese, baked beans, key lime cupcakes, coconut cake, pina coladas and cheerwine punch (I'm sure there aren't too many people that know what Cheerwine is - it is mostly a NC/SC thing So here are some pics (PS This is the backyard of our new house ) More on next post...

Aww...he is so cute...and I love the name Hamish. He is weighs less than my dog right now - I wish I could see him in person - he is just so fluffy!!

We plan to do our legal ceremony in our backyard with our parents and grandparents (who can't come to the DW). We will just say what we have to say to make it legal - no dress, no rings, no decorations. We will write our own vows for our DW in June. We will also take our family out for lunch after the legal ceremony, so it is something nice for them to participate in. Hope that helps.

I know how you feel. FI's brother invited some people to our wedding and so did his Mom. We know these people, but not well - but either way, we had to not invite some people that we are friends with in order to keep it small and now people are inviting others to come and then not even telling us they have booked their travel!? I'm not sure what there is to do about it though...good luck.
