    Courtney, Was there a specific style # or anything for that cake? The ones I have seen have been 2 teir but much smaller. I shouldn't worry about it since there are only 6 of us but I want a nice looking cake lol

    It just looks bigger than the cakes offered. I have the royal package and from the pics I've seen the cake is smaller...much smaller!

    Hmm that makes me wonder..but would seem correct. Meaning..it would make sense that majority of my communication is with Valeria and not Chandlyn since it's still 5 months away. I'll keep that in mind!

    I found an old thread about the cakes. Here is an attachment with some cake upgrades. I like the idea of bring our own flowers & cake topper..I don't really want to spend more on cake since there are only 6 of us in total going! Cakes.doc

    Hi Ellie I believe there was a post about cakes a while ago..I will do a search and post the thread if I can find it Ohh and the Royal Package should include cake up to 40..I think..I know the package is for 2-40 people.

    Has anyone worked with Valeria? I have heard alot about Chandlyn (Sp?) but nothing about Valeria. I ask because any emails I receive from the ROR is from her. TIA!

    I too had difficulties when booking my wedding time. I got stuck with a 11am wedding time. I don't know about how often an opening comes available due to a cancellation. If I were you I'd take the 1pm time slot and then let the WC know that you are intersted in a later time if something comes available.

    Thanks Julie for the tips! We are also doing the Mickey/Toonie toss. The poker table sounds like a great idea! My brother has an eight seater table..I'll have to talk to him! Jenny ~ A stag & doe is a pre wedding party. Some view it as a way to get some extra cash before the wedding. I'm mainly doing it because we are having a DW and we will not be having a reception upon our return.

    That's a good one..we will be doing that as well as 2 Mystery Prizes..one good one bad lol We have Karaoke insurance - meaning - when you walk in the door if you DON'T want to sing you pay..if you want to sing you don't pay. There is also Fish Insurance on prizes. I need another game of some sort. Still looking for themed decos etc.

    Not sure where to post this and if it needs to be moved that's fine We are in the midst of planning a stag & doe for September. Because we have a small wedding party and there is no one coming to our wedding in Jamaica we are attempting to go with a Caribbean theme. Does anyone have any ideas on a Caribbean Themed party? I am looking for another game and how to decorate/dress. We currently have a few games set up: Video Game Challenge - Projected on Screen - Wii Toonie Toss Pie in the face (yikes) Hockey Net Station Tons of prizes and Karaoke. Any suggestions?!?!?!

    I've been thinking about the video..but can't make up my mind! I personally think it's best to go with someone there..mainly for the wind/sound factor. You can go on YouTube and type in ROR Weddings and see some videos.
