I would give yourself about three months notice to get everything situated for the WC as well as if you are doing OOT bags. Or if you are having seating charts at the reception. Just depends on how much time ahead you think you will need to get things organized.

I am bringing my cellphone just in case and my Laptop as a source of everything I will need when I am there... and just in case something happens with my phone I will still be able to contact people.

Sounds like you have the situation pretty much figured out. So horrbile that it has to come to that though. What does your family think about it? I hope they are being supportive to you and understanding this is a huge, important time in your life. YOU deserve to have peace and love sent your way. Not anger and accusations. I am a secretary at a Feed Mill and sometimes I have to wait on customers. So, this guy came in that spoke very little English. He said" I need some Cock Conditioner". And as I turned a million shades of red I said "excuse me?" He said "you know.... Cock Conditioner" Finally one of the boys came back in the office and said... "He wants Rooster feed" I was mortified.. I couldn't even wait on the customer HA HA HA I guess that was my bad though.

Thanks so much for everyting girls. I put a bid in this morning.... Probably more than I should have started with but I pretty much told the RE agent that I'm not bargaining much. The bid was for 258,000 Seller pays Closing (which is 8000) all appliances stay including washer dryer and fridge. Seller purchases home insurance (like the ac, garbage disposal type) and she has to be out 30 days after the signing of the agreement. So, we will seee...... If not there are a lot of cheaper houses here on the market. There was just something about that one I loved. Wish me luck!!!
