    I think it's all your personal preference. I want two bands only because the band that completes the set is thin, so another band would just make the whole look. If you can fit it in your budget why not, if it will make you happy.

    Here are the submersible tea lights or floralytes I think they are referring to. They can be found on a few sites, but here are 2 that I know of. As you can see they are very inexpensive.
