I think I agree with Lexiee...this is your only time to wear a veil, so I'd say go with one for sure. Your dress is SO beautiful and has a lot of detail so something simple would look great.

Perscriptives has a nice sweat-resistant foundation. I've used it a few times, and and my old roommate used to swear by it. When we would go out all the time (the good ol' days!!), she'd be dancing all night, sweating...and her makeup always looked pretty flawless. Using a primer helps too!

I'd say that if you without hesitation love them, DO IT UP GIRL! I'd totally spend the $$ if they made me screm when I saw them! You only live once, and plus- it's your wedding day. )

Geez you guys are making me want to do it now! It must be great not to have hair in most places other than your head. I ecspecially hate when I shave and all feels great and smooth and than it starts to grow back all prickly, like the next day. That's how my hair is anyway, it grows back within a day. I think I will look into this for sure. Maybe Joe will get it too. Look what you started!

Ohhh good luck Car. If I were to ever get a BRAZILIAN laser treatment....welllll, I would just never have the guts to get one. I'd be so embaressed...you obviously gotta position yourself all crazy, and I'd just die. It's their job and they do it all the time- I know I know but f that. I'd die. I just read all this! So sorry you have to deal with that kinda crap, people are SO rude. It will work out though, and as long as you keep doing what you did the other night, which is let it roll off your shoulders and have little reaction to her b*tching, you'll be fine! I guess I'm lucky with my FMIL, she's a doll. My sister, who just got married this past Sept, puts up with a lot of rude comments and BS so I know it's gotta be tuff. I have short hair too, Posh was my inspiration!!!! ) Over the summer I was in two wedding's and was able to get a cute hair style. I had some time to let it grow alil so they were able to pull it back (barely) on a side pony and added an extention. From there she basically pinned everything ack, curled it for volume, pinned it in barrel type curls, kinda messy but elegant. I will have to look for pictures and show you if you want. Looks like you have time though to let it grow so you will most likely have something to at least pull back ya know? I will look for some pix. (and if I can figure out how to get them dowloaded I will send them- im having a hard time with the image thing)

OH MY! Joe and I went over the summer for vacation, to Riviera Maya and loved it. We went to Xel-ha and LOVED it. I wish I would have known about it earlier in the week b/c one day wasn't enough. It's awesome, they have snorkling, live parrots just hanging out, lil outside restaurant/bars, shops, hammocks, dolphins! We went snorkling and the water was perfect, it was great, I can't rave enough. It's great. I have not heard anything about Xcarat but I'm sure it's great too, and very similar. DEF try to make a day trip or two there. Depending on how far it is from your hotel, I'd suggest just getting a cab. They hae buses BUT the bus stops at other hotels and picks up people so it can take an hour or more to get there verses 20 minutes... got me? Oh have FUN!
