    Betsy, you can be my buddy! Just don't count on me on the weekends! I work 2 twelve hour night shifts so I am not really around. SO, here goes, you can do it! You took today off so get back to work tomorrow! Whenever you try to cheat tomorrow and Sunday, you can read this, it will have to hold you over until Monday! Good luck!

    OH, and everyone should buy "THe Calorie King." I may have said this before but I am too lazy to read all the way back through everything! IT will fit in your purse and tell you the calorie count of everything at major restaurants! EYE OPENER!

    Okay, so I have a confession: I went to Maggiano's for lunch with friends. ARGGGHHH! But on the bright side, I worked out longer today than I normally do. Guess what, this is probably way TMI but I have on cute underwear for the first time in years! SInce I have lost aobut 16lbs, I am starting to feel better about myself and my body! YAY!

    Carly, I think all we need at ROR is notarized passport and birth certificate. I don't know anything about a letter. Hopefully Jen or Janelle or Maureen can clear this up for you. P.S. how much did you pay for the copy? I am an idiot, i did not think it would cost much, it was $54! I wanted 2 copies of each thing in case one got lost! Can you imagine, that much $ for 8 pieces of paper!

    i smoked for 10 years and quit cold turkey about 1 1/2 years ago. You can do it! You feel amazing when you do! It is so awesome to wake up in the morning without coughing. It is so awesome to be able to breath. You never really notice this until you quit but you can breath so much better when you do! Keep it up! You can do it! Just stay away from alcohol for a little bit. SOon you will get to the point where the smell grosses you out! Good luck!

    I am proud of myself tonight. Ryan is out at the bar with friends so I am on my own for dinner. I really contemplated going to wendy's or ordering in but I held my ground and had boring rice with peas. Yay, me!

    that is a great idea, GLenda, you are right, the first one is soothing but the chairs do make it busy. either way, they are great and people will love them!

    can't find the pic my FSIL made, she lives on a beach so she made a bunch of these for us. Anyway, the more that i look at your pic, i don't think you can tell at all. i really, really think number 2 is so cute. this is sorta what we did and people really loved it. people thought that they were great, plus then we will do something like this only saying thank you for when we get back. you can make these on shutterfly for cheap if you want to.

    i just worked out! now, don't get scared, i was only in our home gym for about 15 minutes. but hey, 15 minutes is 15 minutes!

    i don't mean that you should not volunteer, i just mean, if you are trying to get your foot in the door at the hospital that is what i would do. Being a volunteer is great. Yari, i will volunteer for you.

    good luck finding out. i think it is a great idea. volunteers are nice but they mainly are gophers at my hospital. you want to do something more hands on to learn, plus get paid.

    I would, or maybe call human resources. Did you decide that you wanted to be a nurse or something else? If you are going to be something like a CT scan tech, you might not want to do something like that but you will still learn a lot. Check their website too. They might have something on there. My hospital system loves students, they are usually so eager to please everyone because they know that they will be working there in the future. I loved being a tech. I did it in the ER and learned so much!
