  1. I am sorry to hear about your grandmother. I am glad that you had the chance to say your goodbyes and that she was able to do so. I'm sure she was glad to have family around to comfort her.

That's fabulous! I should suggest something similar to FI for when we have a baby. Maybe Computer science! Or I could have a boy named Boombox! What do you think? And speaking of babies, when are we going to see a nice fat post full of Aiden pictures?
  3. My dad is a big time runner. He runs 3 marathons a year and is working on all the states. He has done around 20 I think (he wasted some time before he started the states by doing some of the same marathons more than once, how silly) and he has run in London and Dublin as well. I ran quite a bit about 2 years ago and got up to a 10k. Then I met FI and slowed down to a screeching halt. I just started running/walking again to start my pre-wedding get in shape routine. I am taking it slow though. Running is hard to get back into. If it isn't the lungs, then its the legs getting tired. I figure I will build up endurance bit by bit and have my dad sign me up (so I won't get lazy) for the Great Race which is an annual race in Pittsburgh every September. I did lose a lot of weight when I was running and felt so much better about myself. It's a shame I can't get all those benefits by laying around on the couch on BDW.
  4. Hi there, Just saw these online. Looks like a good price. The site is invitations by dawn. Invitations By Dawn Just figured I'd post it for anyone looking for these.
  5. See I'd be more afraid of the creepy crawlies in the basement. Too many spiders and centipedes potentially waiting to crawl on me. When I lived in Orlando, I got used to thunderstorms. Now the ones we have here in Pittsburgh don't seem so bad.
  6. Congrats and welcome to the forum!

I gotta say though, having Aiden was probably the best thing ever for our sex life. I don't know if it's horomnes or if it was 9 months of not having my body that made me so excited when I got it back again after popping Aiden out, but whatever it was... WHOA! I'm all about sex again now! But it's not uncommon, especially when you've been with someone for awhile. You didn't have any discomfort the first couple times after you were cleared for action? My sister said it hurt (and was pretty awkward). She said it made her more nervous to try again because of that.

  19. I like balsamic and red wine vinegars. I don't usually buy dressing since I just make some up for my salads. I usually just do olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, some garlic powder and then either dill or italian seasonings. I think packaging is very important. I am more likely to try a shelf dressing if it is packaged well and is low-fat/low-cal. I am the salad maker of our family. Keep us posted on how it goes.
  20. What do you suppose the unicorn would do if it were animated?
  21. This one is funny! This one seems to apply to half the forum But this one? Really? When would you need a unicorn for your post?
  22. Can't wait to see your new place. Hope the move is going well. Now if you can just remember where you packed some of that stuff! Good luck finding everything you packed!
  23. Congrats and welcome to the forum! We have to be at our resort (Gran Bahia Principe) for 2 days prior to our symbolic wedding. It is 4 business days usually for a legal wedding.
