I am so glad this happened now and not a month from now or in Mexico. I called my sister-in-law last night and asked if she wanted a promotion to MOH - she was soooo excited. Her and my bro have been together since I was 8, so she knows me well =)

Thanks Andrea! I'm kind of glad she's not going too!!

I don't think I can put my songs in the order I want. They're alpabetically by either song title, artist, etc. Is there a way on iTunes to make your own order??
-
Are you guys setting up individual folders, like "first dance" "dad/daughter" "mother/son"...knowwhatimean? So people will know what song to play.

I ran 2 miles and did a 30 minute spin class this morning!

I agree Glenda. I think that if she did go, she would not be there completely in her mind. I almost feel as though she would resent me somehow for making her spend the $$ to go. It really is best for all. I could so see James getting a few beverages in him and tell her what he really thinks...not good! Thank you girls for listening to me vent! Love you all~

Oh yah TammyM!!!! I know everything will be perfect!! haha Courtney....from the hairdo to the "I Do".....funny girl!

I've never really got along with girls. All my life I've always just had guy friends. So to find a girl that I actually got along with was great, but unfortunatly she may be let go too. I will invite her to things, but sure not going to follow up and ask if she's going.

I was only there for an hour, not a night - but here are my thoughts on it (mini review!): Kids - yes, there were a lot of them... but not annoyingly so. They had a really great kids club off to the side. We went and walked through it, and they have something from all ages, right up to teenagers... hell, I didn't want to leave the kids club! lol. They even have like a mini buffet area there, where a private cook will make them lunch. It was awesome. The pool area I found to be incredibly crowded. It sort of reminded me of a cruise, where everyone is lined around the pool. There are 2 (? maybe more) pools, but they're right next to eachother, so they're both kind of crowded... although the second/smaller pool was a bit better in that there were places to sit and the pool itself wasn't crowded. Food - I didn't try it, but we did stop in all of the restaurants during our tour and they were doing prep for lunch at the time - OMG it smelled so good. And the kids seemed to be enjoying the seaside grill when we were walking by! The resort - the layout is beautiful. You walk out the back of the lobby and there is a row of buildings to each side right to the beach. It's a gorgeous view, and fantastic first impression! My only nay-say about this layout was that there are A LOT of rooms that don't get an ocean view. the layout continues to the side so that there are a lot of rooms that face inwards, into a terrace area... which is still beautiful and peaceful... each terrace area (I don't know what else to call it! lol) has plant life, benches and fountains. But still, when most people go to a location like Mexico, they want ocean views! I'm not sure how many actual ocean view rooms there are, but I'd check if I were you. That's all I can think of now. I don't have pictures on this computer... but I should really post them!! lol Finally Courtney! Man, it took you long enough! LOL! Just kidding. Thanks for the mini review. Personally, I'm excited to see a new/different place. Maybe that's the adventurer in me. Everyone coming with us (31 so far) are all soooo excited....even knowing that on one has been here.

Thanks Jaime!! I'm just not going to be her friend anymore, so there! She'll come crawling back!! LOL!!

I think it's very odd too. But, you can't make someone get excited and participate in something that clearly is not a priority to them. James has never liked her. She's never done anything for him not too, until now, but obviously he's a good judge in character.

Well she's going today to apply for her passport, but has now decided she does not want to go. She does not want to book her trip and not get her passport in time. She also told me she would not be able to take any time off of work to go to Houston to pick it up - if neccassary. She asked for my opinion yesterday - if it were me, would I go ahead and book it. Girls, I'm so done with her! I told her if it were me that I would not go. I told her it would be best. She was totally fine with that answer, and honestly, I heard a little relief in her voice. What she doesn't know is that I am very hurt that she has waited to the last minute (i think) just so she wouldn't have to go....that's just what I think! Maybe one day I'll let her know, but right now, I'm done! And another thing, I told her the other girls were wanting to start planning the bach party and if she still wanted to be involved. She told that she didn't and to let the other girls deal with it. OMG! Seriously, she is not the friend that I thought she was! But, I'm so glad this is all behind me! Let's get on to happier things!

o.k., so we're shopping this weekend and James busts out and said he wants Maui Jim sunglasses for his wedding gift = $300....I was like....no we're not getting gifts, remember He said he changed his mind and marches right over to the sunglass counter and shows me the ones he wants. So I'm standing there with him and the guy behind the counter staring at me....he's saying, "can I get them, huh...can I get them, huh? Like a little kid! I gave in and bought them, BUT NOW I get a $300 gift, so I have to come up with something good! I was thinking a cute little Coach for the trip. This is the one James wants to get me - what do you think?
