Ok Stephanie, the questions are starting, lol!! I bought my first round of materials today, there is so much stuff you can buy!! I made sure to look for acid & lignin free stuff. I have one question. I bought these sheets with quotes on them, like the love one you have, I think they're on vellum, but I have no idea what to do with them! Do I just cut them out and put them on the paper or am I supposed to iron them or something. The thought of ironing something on paper kind of scares me and this is probably the dumbest question you've ever heard but I really have no idea what I'm doing!

this is so hard, I have 5 songs that would all be perfect, I'm soooo going to cry!

Jess, everything looks great!! I have one question. I am doing luggage tags too and I was going to use the badge holders that sarah had used for hers, but I like how yours already have the ties on them and I wouldn't have to use ribbon. Where did you get them?

has anyone bought the nu bra seamless (i think thats what its called. I really want to get one and try it. I want to wear as little as possible under my dress!

Jaime you're back!! Congratulations on your engagement! The gazebo at dreams sold me, I fell in love with it! Our original choice was cabo, but coming from the east coast it was going to be less expensive for us and our guests for flights and cost was a factor for guests, so we chose cancun instead. I just read some really good reviews on dreams cancun. Susan & I think Leigh have both been to dreams so they can fill you in more on the rooms. I didn't think the rooms looked too bad. Let me know if you have any other questions. We've also posted a lot of dreams cancun info on the site, so you'll be able to find a lot of the information in those threads too! Good Luck!

Susan, thanks so much for posting!!! She has everything I want, the bright pink and the starfish (I LOVE starfish) I loved how she had them on the plates, I think I'm going to do that. So after you posted this it got me thinking if claudia rodriguez had done any weddings there lately. Thanks girls!! I could NOT take pics of me in it today, I have the most ridiculous sunburn from Haileys field trip the other day, they would not have been pretty. I will definetly post once it comes in. I'm so happy!!

after not knowing what to do about my dress and purchasing one that is beautiful, but not what I wanted, I finally went today and ordered my dress. As most of you know I wanted a maggie sottero limited dress, which was totally out of my price range, but after looking through every(yes every) dress on their site, I found my limited dress, without the lace bottom, for half the price!!! So its still everything I loved about the limited, with just the bottom being a little different. I tried it today I was so happy. Oh, and wouldn't you know I walk into the bridal salon today and the limited one was on the damn mannequin!! talk about a knife in your stomach! Anyhow, here's the dress I ordered, I got it in white, it should be here about a month before the wedding, yikes!

NO! It should be a surprise when he sees you in it for the first time!

Welcome Katherine!! I'm a dreams cancun bride too, 2 days before you!!! Maybe I'll get a glimpse of your wedding! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything, we all know how difficult it can be sometimes to get info from the resort.

I know!! I was counting out how many weeks I have to see if I still had enough time to order! So I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will love this "almost the same" dress as much as I loved the other one! Otherwise, I don't know what I'm going to do! I don't know if I can start looking again! I would love to do a TTD, but I don't know if FI will go for it. I can't even show him sarah's because I can't download the program on my computer, so I haven't even been able to see them yet! I'll probably just sell the other one on ebay, I didn't pay too much for it.

I'm not sure. I emailed claudia a few weeks ago about flowers and told her if it was easier to just put me in touch with the florist and I haven't heard back yet.

No, I only got one initial sketch and it was just a basic outline for me to add to. But she never got the other attachments to work. I spoke to her today and we discussed the dress I want. She said for her to make the dress she has to change it at least 20% and for the dress I want, for her to change it that much will be changing a lot and she doesn't know if I'll be happy with it after the changes. She said that she thinks if this is the dress I know I really want, I should just buy it. Funny, thats the same advice I got here, lol!! Anyway, so I was searching through the maggie sottero site and found my dress, with a slight change. The dress I wanted was a limited and the bottom of the dress was a lacy material. The dress that is part of their regular collection just has a strip of lace and the material on the bottom of the dress is the same as the top. The rest of the dress is almost identical and its half the price of the limited! I made an appointment to go to the bridal salon tomorrow to try it on and if I like it as much as the limited then I'm going to order it tomorrow, assuming they can get it in time, she said she will have to call when I come in to find out what the delivery time will be. I'm not promising pictures of me in it, I have a horrible sunburn from yesterday (when I say horrible I was wearing a v-neck t-shirt) so I'm going to look ridiculous when I go in there!
