Help! We have decided to not have a wedding party because my fiance's brother and SIL can't attend now. My brother and SIL will be there. I want to make them feel special, but not sure how to incorporate them without making my fiance hurt, because his brother isn't there. We are having a destination wedding at the El Dorado Royal. It is a symbolic ceremony. Do they use witnesses for symbolics? Guests of honor? Not sure what to do other than have flowers for them?
It's been awhile since I posted a blog so I thought I would give an update.
My fiancé and I decided that we were going to do the 'legal' wedding in Texas and have the symbolic wedding in Mexico. We found a gorgeous chapel in the Texas Hill Country to have our outdoor ceremony at. I'm looking to see if anyone is getting married between Feb 25th and Mar 4th 2015 in Jamaica?.. Our wedding date is on Sat Feb 28th at the Riu in Negril. We have booked our amazing photographer Jamie Dimitry. His work is incredible and he is always down south doing weddings and has the experience. Right now I am in the middle of researching photographers for my Riviera Maya wedding. I have had an overwhelming number of responses from different studios. Can anyone tell me how long I should book a photographer and should I choose one or two? Since my resort has a vendor fee and possible guest pass fee, which photographers are more accommodating to price negotiation? Also, are local florists any cheaper than the flower arrangements through the resort? Do they have delivery fees?

We are getting married at the NOW Sapphire and the previous reviews we read said their photographer isn't great. Hoping to get some guidance from anyone who has gotten married or is getting married at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
