I ve done the t25 I didnt follow the program just did workouts in the morning. and the workouts are pretty good. gets your HR up and you sweat.  I will probably try to follow the actual program once I have more time to dedicate it . probably in November :)

    I'm actually going to start T25 next week. I was waiting for my half marathon training to be done with. The race is Saturday so I can finally start doing other workouts.

    I'm actually going to start T25 next week. I was waiting for my half marathon training to be done with. The race is Saturday so I can finally start doing other workouts.

      I've been using Fitness Blender on Youtube - they have great workouts (and a ton of them). We have a "smart tv" so I can play them right on the screen and they're all free. The people who do the videos aren't annoying either like some workout videos I've tried. And they do commentary videos about fitness and diet. Oh, and they tell you the range of calories you're burning. It's awesome. Big fan.

       

      Any paleo brides out there? I'm sure there's a forum for it that I should go look for now...

      Went out and got T25 on Friday....  Tried one workout, but am really going to start it on Monday, one more day to slack!!  Hope I can do it!

      You can do it, im starting the second phase on monday. Did you get shakeology with it?

      I didn't get the Shakeology with it.  Thought I would try without first.

      I know they have a sample pack of shakeplogy to try for liek $20.....I'll be out of shakeology starting tomorrow. Gonna see if it actually helped with the results as I did not reorder for this phase

      I hope everyone is doing well!  Slowly but surely I feel like I am starting to slim down.  My sister and I started doing the ab challenge two weeks ago.  At first I found it really easy, now we're on day 12 and my abs are just screaming.  Means it's working, right?

       

      Yesterday marked a month until we leave.  I honestly can't believe it.  I am getting so excited!
