I will private message you. I have both Zuniga and Gama Grupos catalog with prices. My coordinator has been super responsive and helpful with coordinating everything I would like from Grupo. I've received 3 different updated quotes within 2 days. This is pretty good since response time seems to be a little slow! :)

I don't have the 2015 vendor list and unfortunately the online catalogs link that I had is no longer a good link! :(

 

I am using Gama Grupo for my wedding in October and so far I have had a wonderful experience with communication and pricing has been fair.

Our wedding was yesterday and to put it nicely we were not at all happy with how everything was coordinated and the fact that we were lied to by the coordinators. It was a disaster. From the priest to the decor company; everything was a mess. The only people that truly came through were the special effects company Promedsa which really helped us make the best of a shitty situation. Full review to come.

 

 

Oh no! i am soooo sorry to hear that! Our wedding is next august and i've been trying to get ahold of our wedding coordinator for 2 months now and havent heard anything back! yesterday i emailed the woman who put our wedding contract together to see if she can help me with anything. 

 

I hope you had fun at your wedding at least!

Does anyone know if we can bring in our own decorations for the reception? and if so, did you have to decorate it yourself, or could you just tell the coordinator how you wanted it set up and they did it for you? TIA

Hi all.

Anyone using an agent for their wedding?

What happened when your room block got full and you had a couple rooms you needed? 

We ran out of rooms, but some family still need to book (slackers) and we are trying to be nice about it and trying to get more rooms, however our agent cannot get us more.  

Anyone get married at moon and have people outside your room block at your wedding? 

 

Trying not to stress but just came back from my site visit and learned that we dont have official prices on any of our items we picked out...  Anyone been through the billing process ?  At what point do you pay?  What method?  And any suggestions about payment/billing for us?  

 

Our big day is fast approaching.... I just want it all to be setup and thought it would  be by now.  I did keep changing my preference on colors/decor could that be the hold up?  

 

Any tips/advice would help us at this point. Thanks all!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
