ok here is the main website i used to create a very detailed wedding notebook. they have worksheets for EVERYTHING. I might have used a couple other random checklists that I found scouring the internet, but this was my main source. I would post a pic of the book I made, but I can't find the wire for my camera at the moment... sorry!

Go to the link then click on "Wedding Timeline/Checklists" It is 57 pages and like I said, there are checklists for everything. Hope this helps!! :)

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you :)

It looks like I've got almost everything done for shopping...which was a ton of fun, so I'm sad to see that one end, but oh well. My wallet will NOT be sad, lol.

I'm putting the OOT bags together now that I have all the stuff. I'm also working on a new project: a "Who's Who of This Wedding Crew" yearbook for all 90 guests. It's fun! I'm putting in a couple pictures of each guest, if it's a couple, I'm also including their wedding photo and date of their wedding. Then a fun fact about each person. My fiance is a bit of a comedian, so he's having fun with the facts about his friends.

Also, for all of the mid-June brides, my dad just informed me that the day after our wedding is Father's Day (our wedding is June 15th)!!! How special is that?!!!! So now I'm trying to think of ways to incorporate a Father's day gift or aknowledgement for all the dads that will be there.

I'm floating b/c it's officially almost two months away now that we've hit April. WOO-HOO

You and I must be on the same wave-length! I was just saying to my fiancé that we need to do something for Father's Day too! We're June 15th as well!! I'm also starting a Facebook-like thing for our 60 guests! Are you starting from scratch or did you find a fun template to use? I tried looking everywhere online for something "yearbooky" or fun but had no luck.

Haha! Yay :)

I'm doing my own template just on a powerpoint. I can show you it after I put a couple more together :). I think then I'm going to just print some stuff off at Kinkos and bound.

LADIES: Vistaprint is having a deal on LivingSocial ($16 for $60 worth of stuff or $19 for $90 worth of stationary stuff). This sold out like a hotcake on Groupon when they had it, so make sure you snap it up today if you want it :)

That would be awesome!! I'm currently battling with power point for my key holder inserts! Had it all perfect and now the margins don't want to align with the printer! Grrrrr... I was also going to do what you're doing and go have them printed at kinkos and made into a little welcome booklet ;)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
