Yep! I am from Canada and I bought a groupon from somewhere in the states. The only "issue" I had was I had to use the Vistaprint.com website (instead of it's Canadian site at Vistaprint.ca). So I had to pay about $25 for shipping to Canada. But it was worth it at $17 for $70 worth of stuff.

I accidentally bought a Canadian Vistaprint groupon, and then one in the US the next day.  I didn't realize how quickly these expire, and I'm not going to be able to order enough stuff to use both by November 28th (expiration date).  Does anyone want to buy my Canada one?  It's $19 for $50 of merchandise.  Send me a PM if anyone is interested!
