Beach Palace Cancun Brides

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!!

In response to Kristiliu, my Fiance and I did the site visit to Beach Palace on January 18, 2016 and I found that it was very helpful to actually see the locations in person because it will help me decided which decorations I would like to purchase, and to get an idea of how I would like things set up. I must say that the sky deck is absolutely gorgeous. As for the meetings with the vendors, we sat at a table in one of the ballroom areas. The table had the included basic white linen dinner set up so I was able to see what it looks like and get an idea of what I would like to add/ change for dinner table décor. We did the cake tastings while we waited for the vendors. The meetings were helpful only because I came prepared with a lot of questions. If I did not have questions prepared, It would have been just a basic overview of the services they offer. I have been reviewing the Gama House catalog and they were able to answer many of the questions that I had. We didn’t select any services immediately, and I didn’t get the impression that they would give a quote on the spot. We were told to contact the sales person for that company and they would work with us for quotes. We are getting married on August 27, 2016 and I have been planning since June 2015. The process is a bit frustrating when I try to get quotes from the vendors and I do not receive a response. My planner is wonderful, and she is usually able to contact the vendors and they respond. I’m just hoping it all comes together by August J.

In response to SRamirez, I was told that for the sky bar, two speakers are sufficient. During the vendor meeting I was told that the lighting can be used to illuminate the cocktail area (If you are doing cocktail on one side of the pool and dinner on the next), or it can be used to illuminate the dance floor area. Hope this helpsJ.

Hi @@Tiffy27,

We are going to be doing a site visit in May of 2017 as we are planning on booking BP for November of 2017 and definitely appreciate your feedback around your site visit.  Could you possibly share the questions that you had prepared in advance for the visit with the vendors?  I think will could help us on our site visit! :)

Thanks!

Palace has a summer deal. From June 1-August 31, 2016, 2 kids ages 4-12 are free (except if traveling on free, imperial or incentive week). Kids under 4 are always free.

Normally, they consider kids 4-17 years old.

Hello, everyone!

New to this site and forum. Getting married at Beach Palace August 4 of this year. Finding it difficult to get information from our off-site coordinator due to language barrier. Had asked her to send us a list of all Palace authorized vendors and she sent three - Gama?, DreamArt, and JSAV. Doesn't mention Zuniga or LatinAsia - are they authorized, and therefore no vendor fee applies? I've also been reading that different decor companies are playing fast and loose with set-up prices for lighting.

We also know that we have to bring our birth certificates and our divorce decrees for on-site translation ($50/pg). What we're trying to ascertain is whether or not a divorce certificate (1 pg) is sufficient instead of our 5 page decrees. The coordinator was less than helpful in figuring it out. Any chance that anyone knows? Thanks in advance for any help.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
