I was out pricing things for my "Hangover kits" and had a great money saver idea!

If you fill up your gas at an Superstore (Extra foods) gas bar it always prints off a coupon for money off for in store purchases. So I am making a point for my fiance and I and sister to fill up our tanks at their gas Bar and save up the coupons to use towards the hangover kits and any extra supplies like sunscreen etc that we may need.

The coupons do expire so just keep an eye on them. i thought this would be a great way to save some money and thoguht I'd share :)

Great idea! I am just starting to shop around for my OOT bags now. I want tote bags, insulated travel mugs, keycard/tip money holders, and then some hangover/necessity kits. I am hoping that I can find some affordable options, especially with shipping to Canada!

Krysta - I personally also love Jack Johnson, and think he has some great songs for your recessional :)

So ladies - I officially heard back from the hotel today! We are booked for April 11th, 2013 at Ocean Blue - Punta Cana, AND the minister (we are doing legal down there) has booked us in for 4:00 pm. I am soooo excited!

Confirming our wedding date has to be one of the best Valentine's Day gifts ever!

I could have sworn i saw a reference to Michaels a few posts ago and I wanted to add to it...  Anyhow, Michael's always does the 40% coupon, but this week it's 50% for anyone interested.  I'm not super computery to add a link, so if you go to the website it is on the homepage, just click and print.  I got the cute "BRIDE" rhinestone tank top ($24.99- ridiculous)  for .$12.49.

Also, they have just remerchandised the wedding section (2 aisles!) and there is some really cute stuff.  Luggage tags in silver faux leather, 10 count for $24.99, then the coupon its $12 and they are cute!  Of course they only allow one coupon per transaction, so I was in and out a lot...  :)  OH!  and ribbon- 2 for $8.

Hi Krysta...Jack Johnson is definitely a good choice like the other ladies have suggested. I am biased though since i walked down the aisle to one of his songs :) I used the hawaiin version of better together because it felt tropical and better together is mine and hubbies song :)

I always loved this song, its very upbeat in comparison to Jack Johnson and a fun one...always makes me smile when i hear it  young folks peter bjorn and john http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIRE6iw-ws4&ob=av2n

i also got your PM and will put some stuff together for you to look at :)

I bought my keycard holders off of ebay , I purchased the landyards from the same guy as well, and it was pretty affordable.

I did later find some at Staples and Walmart ( but I still received a better deal on ebay) but if you do not have alot of guests going down then maybe to avoid shipping, check them out.

I bought wrist straps to go on the key card holders today at Walmart I bought a 6pk for 1.98 (2 pink, 2 blue, 1 brown 1 green in the pack) which I found very affordable.

I purchased my mugs from factory21.com and my shot glasses. They were very affordable as well, but they always get you with that darn border fee that I had no idea existed haha.

I attached a couple of pictures!

Key Card Holders- Nothing fancy , I made them on Vistaprint and put some basic spanish on the back. I didn't want to write on it " I carry your money etc. Because then everyone knows there is money in there haha

Pricing out the Hangover Kits, I'm a very visual person !

Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
