Yayyy you are back!!! we thought of you and mentioned best wishes lots while you were away :)  welcome back and congratulations again!!!! so happy you had great weather and everything was perfect!! Can't wait to see the pictures and review!!!!! :) just over one week to go for me... ( we fly out in 9 more days) eiiik!!!!!!!!!

Hi Acornk,

 

Try amazon.com. I was looking for teal shoes and had a hard time until someone on here recommended that site. You can put in the color , style and heel height and it searches for you. I ordered mine from them and have them I think in less than a week! Good luck!

I live in Grande Prairie and its fairly limited here for shoes too!   I had ordered one pair of shoes online and unforunately they did not fit right, so then I had to pay to send them back.  I found this site https://www.bridalshoesca.com/Colorful-Creations-Evening/?objects_per_page=50  that would seem to have free shipping & returns so no risk!   Im thinking of just ordering a few from there and sending the ones I dont want back.    I was thinking purple shoes too!

I have this really cute idea that might work for you....it brings a bit of beach home :)

 

Hopefully i can explain this right....Think folded cards with a die cut window for the front of the card (any size and placement you want) on the inside you would have those mini zip locks from the dollar store and you could fill them with sand and mini sea shells and glue it to the frame of the window....the paper then folds over and glues so you wouldnt see the ziplock....so basically when the card is open and in its raw un-glued form it would be 3 panels.....does that make sense??? super cute and really easy to do. If it doesnt make sense PM me and i will send you some sketches and explain in more detail :) Definitely unique and super pretty

I too am searching for purple shoes!! 

 

Although I am in Calgary and there are tons of shoe stores I am not having any luck finding anything great that I really love. Perhaps waiting till summer would be best for me, but I am definetely going to check out that Bridal shoes Canada site ! I always shy away from ordering shoes online since the shipping to send them back is never really worth it, but this sounds perfect!!

Welcome back Tori!!  Can't wait to read your planning thread and see all the photos!!

 

Congrats Krytsa on finding a photographer!!  Must take a lot of stress away!!

 

I went for my first dress fitting yesterday.  Yay!!  Needs to be taken in at the top and hemmed a little bit.  When I put the dress on again, it made me remember how much I love my dress!!  Cannot wait to wear it.  Only 65 days left to go!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
