My family is very Catholic and traditional to say the least.
Leia that sounds like it will be beautiful and work the best.

For the wedding day.....is it $24/pp for the ceremony and $24/pp for the reception as well? or is it just $24/pp for the whole evening?
Thanks,
Dee
It's 24pp for each event; ceremony/cocktail and reception.

I asked the same thing. The boarding pass invite looks like a boarding pass and you can put all of your info on it. There is a great forum on invites and they have some cute pictures. Check out the forum. If I wasn't sitting on a plane I would look up the names of the girls that have them posted in their sigy. Got to turn the phone off now! Bummer!

It's $24 for each time they set up. So if you have a reception somewhere else from where you get married it's another $24/person.

He's here is So Cal and will coming to Cabo to shoot the wedding. He will also take us around Cabo the day after the wedding to do some candid shots

Flowers: we will be using the Flower Cart as that's who WIP uses. My boquet will be white & green cymbidium orchids with ivory roses. the bridesmaids will be fuchsia roses with green cymbidium orchids and green button mums. I'll have to post photos in a "flowers" thread.

Centerpieces: drowned cymbidium orchids in a large glass cylinder with a floating candle on top, 4 small pink votives around the base of the tall cylinder. ivory tablecloths with lime green table runner and fuchsia napkins at each place setting. the napkins will be folded around a menu card. i'll have to post pics of this stuff too when i have more time.

Still need to do:

(pretty much everything for the OOT bags)

Order canvas totes, plan on buying from cheap totes

Order custom koozies, luggage tags, travel sizes of pepto, immodium, advil for bags-i DID make it to my local Target to snatch up the Spanish Phrases for Dummies though :)

Find wedding day shoes

Print menus

Order votives for centerpieces

Decide on & buy favors

Pick out and purchase groom/groomsmen attire

Order guestbook (Adesso Polaroid book, already have camera & film)

Buy wedding day shoes

Get wedding bands

:SIGH: you know when I see it all on paper it doesn't look so bad! It actually makes me feel a lot better!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
