Congrats on getting through your yoga challenge! I have the same problem with my boobs so I would love to hear if anyone has any ideas. I had just bought all new bras and now they dont really fit, it is so disappointing. I have always been a full C cup also and I really enjoyed them looking like that, but now not so much, so you are not alone!

So I am at the end of my 30 day moksha yoga challenge - my girlfriend and I modified it but we managed to get there 4-5 times a week which we were happy with!!!!  I don't have a scale so I have no clue about pounds lost and I like it that way but what I have noticed is my flat stomach is BACK!!!!!! This makes me so so so happy, now onto the thunder thighs lol  I feel a whole lot better having been back to exercising and drinking my daily "Green Monster" check out ohsheglows.com

Now.... on a slightly not so exciting note.... my boobs are GONE!!!!!!  I have always been fairly high busted so my boobs have also always been perky... well now theyre AWFUL!!!! I don't know what to do!!!! Any tips and tricks to "firm" and "perk" the girls?!  Last night when I got home from my hot yoga class I pointed out my shrinking chest to FI and he just laughed.  He wouldn't agree but he wouldn't disagree.  He is loving the firmer more toned me but the no boobs... don't think that is something he is used to as he has always known me as a big C cup!!!!!!

I was really liking the yoga so I cut the gym out completely.  FI had created a "workout" program for me last summer that was fantastic and actually increased my bust lol I am thinking I may get back to that.  It was some push ups, and other arm/chest work outs that I think did it.  I am AWFUL at push ups and find the high plank to low plank push up at yoga doesn't do my chest and rather work my arms so I may need to do some other pushup type things at home!!!!

I am very glad I am not alone!!!!!!

So, my FI bought me an introductory personal training program at our gym, which includes 4 sessions with a personal trainer, which I have been dying for! I go this afternoon to meet with my trainer and do my "fitness assessment". Since our gym is affiliated with a hospital system, they do this big fitness assessment and do all your measurements, etc. I'm looking forward to it so I have a good starting off point and a place to look back on, but I am not thrilled about someone else recording my measurements! LOL.

Hey all! Newbie to the weight loss/fitness support! My goal is to lose 5 LBs a month until the February, so around 35 Lbs.  Thankfully my FI is supportive and works out with me.  I just hope I have enough energy to be dedicated and not give up.

I started working 2 jobs in April  so I am up at 4am to workout, at job no. 1 from 630-4pm, start job #2 at 5pm til 10pm.  Then start the day all over again...did I mention I have a 5 year old that needs to be attended to! LOL!

But I am dedicated and know what I want to look like on wedding day as well as on the beach, with you all and FI to keep meon track....not sure how i can lose cheesy.gif...except weight that is!

I need to lose around 30 lbs by May (I'm going to be a bridesmaid in another wedding) but most officially by June (for my own wedding). I think it's feasible! I am due to be a new mom any day (patiently waiting!!) so a few weeks after the baby and I can start working out as well!

Bride! You are too kind! I know there are a bunch of moms (with multiple children and multiple jobs even!) on here and I am in awe of them! I am pretty laid back with what I want for my DW so it's slightly easier for me. I am not traditional at all so I am not doing a lot of the more traditional things or at least trying not to or having alternatives with my own twist! I am due July 16 so now is mostly just waiting around, hoping he will decide to make his appearance sooner rather than later!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
